CORD, in order to realise the above vision embarks on a mission that seeks to enable everybody
irrespective of caste, creed, colour or gender get opened to realities of life so as to discover their own
inherent abilities and explore the avenues and opportunities to optimise their potential. CORD also
endeavours to enable them apply their critical consciousness and strive to take charge of their own
development and thus become masters of their own destiny. In this effort CORD banks on their
existing abilities and attempt to build necessary skills and capabilities and thus empower them to
become viable in all dimensions.
