This fic is set a few years after SailorStars, right when the five main Senshi graduate from high school. It introduces a new character, Gingakeino Seki, whose name means "Greatness of the Galaxy." "Are you calling me?" the girl asked.

"Yes." The three stood in silence.

"What do you want?"

"What do we want?...Usagi?"

Usagi looked down at her flashing crystal. "That's a very pretty crystal." the girl said as she looked at Usagi's hand. "Where did you get it?"

"I, uh..."

"Um, well, it was really nice talking to you, Usagi, right? And..."

"Mamoru."

"Mamoru. But, I guess I should be going."

"No, no, no!" Usagi and Mamoru shouted in unison. "We really need to talk to you!"

"I don't even know you!"

"Please, just follow us. We want you to meet our friends."

"I must be crazy, but I have a weird feeling about you two. I think I can trust you."

As they started walking back to the others, the girl said, "Oh, by the way, my name is Seki. I know that it's odd to find someone with a name that means 'great' when the Japanese are not usually self-centered when it comes to naming babies, but when my mother first held me, she could feel like an aura of power around me. Weird, huh?"

Usagi and Mamoru looked at each other. They could start to feel that aura, too, and it was very familiar. "I've been in her presence before." Usagi whispered to Mamoru.

"You know what's really weird, though, is she thinks whenever I'm around, I can put her in a state of tranquility..."

Usagi screamed. Memories long forgotten flashed before her eyes, and she could see Seki in them. They were happy memories, until there was..shaking in the ground...a fight to save her sister... sister?!?

"Usako!" Mamoru was shaking Usagi. Usagi moaned as Mamoru and Seki helped her up. "Are you all right?" Seki asked.

"I'm fine. Just fine." Usagi leaned over to Mamoru, "She's the one, Mamo-chan, I know it. We have to tell the others quickly!"

While the other girls talked to Seki, Usagi explained to Luna and Artemis about the things she saw with Seki in them. "So what do we do with the Crystal now that we've found her? Pluto didn't explain that! And she'll go away soon if we can't find an excuse to keep her here!"

"You might as well tell her the truth. And if she doesn't believe you, you must prove it."

"Seki!" Usagi ran over to her. "You remember a few years ago when there was a group of super heroines called the Sailor Senshi? Well, that's us, and you're one of us, and we need you to transform now." Everyone slapped their hands to their foreheads. "Well, I didn't tell her HOW to tell her." Luna thought, "I just hoped she wouldn't be quite as blunt!"

Seki laughed. "You're a real riot, Usagi!"

"I'm serious! Girls?...."

"Mercury Crystal Power! Mars Crystal Power! Jupiter Crystal Power! Venus Crystal Power! Neptune Crystal Power! Uranus Crystal Power! Saturn Crystal Power! Moon Eternal, Make Up!"

Seki watched in awe as her new friends changed into her favorite heroines, the Sailor Senshi. "You really are...I can't believe...this is weird..I must be dreaming!"

"You're not, Seki, and our future is in danger. We must figure out how you can transform into Sailor Universe so we can rescue the future galaxy!"

Seki sat down in shock. "This is too weird... it can't be happening!"

Sailor Moon sat next to her, "Listen...you're the most powerful of all of us, and there's trouble with you in the future."

"FUTURE?!?"

"Yes, you are being used by evil forces to defeat the rest of us because you believe we don't care about you. But we just found out about you today, and we want you to know that we care about any Sailor Sister of ours."

"But..." suddenly there was a flash of light and Seki disappeared.

"What happened?" Sailor Moon couldn't believe it. "Did Pluto take her away just as we were getting to know her? She can't be that dangerous!"

"Oh!" Seki dropped to a cold damp floor. In front of her was a woman who looked just like her, only in an outfit like the Sailor Senshi. You could see the glow around her, but it was fading. Her eyes looked cruel and unforgiving.

"Welcome, Girl. We are one. I once lived your life, although I can't recall it, and I was never into my true form, Sailor Universe. I see that they are trying to change all of that.'

'I could destroy this puny kingdom in a second if I wanted to. But my friends and I decided we should let these Senshi feel hopeless. They must pay for not caring about me! Of course, now that I have been threatening them, they decided maybe they should have woke me up. Only NOW do they act like they care. Well, Girl, it's not true! The only reason they're waking you up is because they don't want to be beaten! Join me and my friends! Make them feel absolutely hopeless with two Sailor Universes to tangle with!"

"No! They do care about me...you! They told me they had never heard of me before, but now that they have they care!"

"I know all that. Only Pluto knew that I existed, but the others knew the rumors. They could have tried to find out if they were true!"

"Yes, but in MY time, they didn't even know the rumors! They are my friends! I will never join you to see their downfall!"

"If you will not join me, then I will destroy you!" Off of her staff there formed a circle of light that had all of the planet's signs on it. It began turning and Seki's stomach turned as she started to remember that circle that had frightened her once before. This time the circle didn't stop, but started combining.

"Ha ha ha! I always wanted to try combining all of the powers, and I might as well try it on you!" An enormous ball of energy came from her staff, and just as she threw it, Sailor Pluto appeared from the time stream in front of Seki. She threw her a transformation wand and managed to whisper before the energy hit her, "I'm sorry I did this to you! We care...we care..."

There was a scream of pain from Pluto as she disintegrated and then there was silence. Seki looked up through her tears and then looked down at the wand. "You'll pay for killing her! You'll pay for hurting my friends! Universe Galactic Power, Make Up!"

Seki shocked herself as she looked at the outfit she was wearing. She stared hard at the other Universe, and then lifted her staff to transport herself to the End of Time. "This place is n place for a battle ground. And if I know how hot-headed she is, she will accept my challenge and follow me." As she stepped through her portal, she watched as the other Universe did the same thing.

Seki looked around. The End of Time was a cold and barren place, and yet she knew it was familiar. There was a flash of light as Universe stepped in.

"This is where you have spent a thousand years. And it's where I spent an additional thousand years, and you will too! Don't be a fool! You can't win! We are the same! Don't fight me!"

"We are NOT the same, but I know I am in there somewhere! Universe, remember..."

"Remember being a Princess of the Moon? Yes, I remember. But it doesn't do me any good! I don't need to remember those times when everyone else got to continue their happy lives on the Moon without even remembering me!"

"Princess oft the Moon?" Seki thought. There was a flash in her head as she started recalling all of her happy times and her sister...and mother... "You have to know Princess Serenity still cares about you!"

"Shut up! I don't need to hear these lies!" Universe broke into tears as her spinning wheel of light came out of her staff. Seki had no experience of what to do, but decided to take on a defensive approach. She called for all her might to have some sort of barrier, and the powers of all the Senshi granted her one. The evil Universe tried blow after blow to penetrate Seki's barrier, but it held strong. Finally, Universe collapsed in tears as Seki walked up to her. "Tranquility, please, don't do this! Neo Queen Serenity is your sister! Don't hurt her people, and let her become your friend again!"

"You know, I'm starting to remember my life as...Seki, that's your name, isn't it? And I was awaken once, just like you! And I did fight my future self, but do you know what my mistake was? Trusting myself!" Universe got up and used the ball of energy to throw Seki across the room. "Oh, I can see what you're coming from! Usagi and all of them were nice, weren't they? But...but I won't want to do the same thing to you as MY future self did to me." Universe threw her staff at Seki. "Please, leave me here! My life as Seki was ended here. But somehow, I can't let that happen again! I don't want to do this, really! Return to your time and don't let this happen again!"

Seki looked at the sad version of herself as she first destroyed Universe's staff and then used her own to go through time again. Universe cried out, but her lonely cries echoed against the nothingness. There was a wave of light as she no longer existed. She smiled as she disintegrated because she knew Seki succeeded in never having to return to the End of Time to sleep again.

The Black Moon resistance was futile. Pearl, saddened by their recent defeat, spoke once more to the remainder of the Black Moon, "My fellow men...Perhaps there is a reason we lost the battle to regain the right of life to grow old and die. Maybe this is the new evolution of humanity and the earth. Whatever the reason, there is absolutely no way we could ever attempt this again. There are too few of us and we cannot penetrate the Senshi's forces, with or without the powerful Princess Tranquility. I would like to wish you all a happy life...and I hope that you will someday agree with what I am telling you."

Seki looked around at her friends. All of their faces smiled at her as she stepped forward. It was evident that she succeeded, and there was a cheer among her new allies in the quest for peace. Seki untransformed and ran up to Usagi to give her a hug. "I know." Usagi told her as they laughed and cried at the same time. "Please, you must know that if I had ever remembered you I would have..."

"I know, Serenity, I know." All of the Senshi gathered to talk to their new warrior. Pluto stepped out of a warp hole, and walked up to Seki. "Thank you, Seki, you have saved me." "No, thank you. I could never have won if it hadn't been for you. And, Setsuna...I forgive you." Setsuna smiled and walked again into the gloomy time warp. Seki shuddered as she remembered the depressing place that she had battled in.

The whole company was excited to get to know another Senshi. As the other girls walked off, Usagi stayed behind to look at the beautiful sunset. Mamoru put his arm around her, and she started to think of her future. Even though she already knew what would happen, she no longer had any regrets about having to wait a thousand years for it; Usagi had another reason to live this life the best she could, regardless if she already knew her destiny. She had something new to explore and look forward to-the company of her once forgotten sister.
