Silver Rayne's Kinetic Realm: 1st Birthday

I can't believe that this site has been up for an entire year now! Actually, the first thing that amazed me was seeing the counter go nuts sometime this morning with how many people came to drop by and congratulate me on surviving so long. ^_^ Maintaining a site is a lot of hard work but well worth the effort for how many visitors are entertained by what I can get my hands on.

When I first created this site, it only contained fanart drawn by people I didn't even know... I wasn't sure where to begin for writing a fanfic of my own. After playing Final Fantasy VII for quite some time, I became inspired by watching the interaction between Cloud and Sephiroth. The very first story on this site was "At the Edge of Oblivion" before I became interested in Zack after reading Kaliflwr's "Omnislash" I won't say why but the urge to have Zack and Cloud together after reading that fanfic was VERY strong. I think that the very first writer I ever recruited was LN Tora with her "False Bloodlines" from Fatal Fury. From there... my small site, with incredibly bad HTML and broken links became what can now be called an archive. I didn't think that it would ever become so popular, especially with a name like "The 7th Ultimate Final Fantasy" but...here it is- Silver Rayne's Kinetic Realm. What can I say? Other than...Wow!

Enough reminiscing...you guys probably came for the present, right? *grin* I'm only joking...I know you're all here to read the fanfiction and look at the artwork (and the present) :P.

Before you do, in the spirit of the Halloween season and October (my favorite month) I've created 5 'pets' (for lack of a better description) which I am personalizing for everyone that would like one. I emphasize only 1!!! because of the amount of requests I've had so far, as soon as I catch up, you can ask for another if you'd like. To anyone that has already requested a Halloween bishounen, I'm working as fast as I can!!!

NOTE: The ownership will change from 'Silver Rayne' to whatever name you ask for.
