Character of the Month
November 1999
Until I can get the new section up for this monthly contest, I will temporarily put the
rules here. There will be more details when I have the time to get to it but for now, this is the
general information.
RULES
1. The character for November 1999 is Squall Leonhart from Final Fantasy VIII
2. All submissions must have Squall in the artwork although he does not have to be the center of attention
3. The artwork can be scanned, drawn on a computer, colored, black & white - no rules on this. But it must be done by you and not
taken from someone's site where it's bound to be missed.
4. All entries MUST be received by November 30, 1999
PRIZES
1. For the first trial run of this contest, everyone who enters will be allowed to make a request of one scan from my manga, comic or VideoCD collection. After this month however, only the winner will receive
this depending on how many people participate. (I'll provide a list to choose from later on)
2. The winner will have the option to choose one of the below:
- 3 scans from my collection
- 3 Video screen captures
- A mixture of the scans or Video captures amounting to 3

And this award which will be changed each month:
