I don't know why but I liked Rainbow Brite as a kid, kinda weird huh? I suppose the animation attracted me, all those colors, heh. It was drawn in Japan. I kinda liked the music too. Kinda explains how I can listen to Sailor Moon soundtracks, hahaha!

I'm only a small fan of Rainbow Brite, but would like to complete my video collection. It started when I found two of the tapes at my local used toy shop. I wasn't too ecstatic till I watched them and remembered how interesting the cartoon was. If you know where I can get the tapes I need, I'd be most appreciative. Oh yeah, I had some strange experiences when looking for RB pages. In one case I found a person nicknamed Rainbow Brite who was part of a lesbian webring... it's not bad or anything, but not what I expected -_-;

Episodes

Most of them were okay. All of them were happy adventures, not very complicated or with a lot of depth, but pleasant nonetheless.

Movie

I'm surprised that I haven't found a site reviewing this yet. It was very nice. Introduced Krys, Onyx, and that Princess. It was animated by the same studio as Sailor Moon I think. Yeah, Japanese people animate a lot of cool stuff.
