Outer Senshi *Sailor Scouts* Elemental Powers The outersenshi are a group of girls who have weird and extraordinary powers. These girls work together to defeat different monsters on a daily basis during the SailormoonS, Sailormoon Supers, and, Sailorstars seasons. Their powers consist of the elements aqua water, space time, earth force, and death rebirth. As regular teenagers they attend school, and live very relaxed lives. The Outersenshi are always there to help Sailormoon and the Sailorsenshi whenever they are fighting very tough monsters.
