Pokémon
type: RPG-like
players:1-2
Anubis' excellence rating: worth a shot
the good: 150 pokémon to catch in all. link mode allows for trading and battling among players. Red and Blue versions are about the same, difficulty-wise.
there's no actual diffrence between the two except for what i've noted below about the set of pokémon each has.
the bad: you have to find someone with a diffrent version of pokémon to collect all of them, cause each cartridge only has 125 of the little critters.
there's a red and a blue version. the diffrence is the set of pokémon available to capture/find. now if only there were a dex drive for the gameboy...
the cool secrets:
there's a couple of pokémon that will evolve if you use a certain item on them. like if you use
Moon Stone on a Clefairy, it will evolve into a Clefable. there's also one somewhere to turn Pikachu into Raichu...
Anubis' special note: if anyone's seen the pokémon anime, tell me if it's worth seeing.
