Ami: "We don't have time!"

Haruka: "Those new enemies won't wait for us, that's for sure!"
Minako: "What do we do now? None of us has power!"
King Dragonas: "I do! I can fight as the Galaxy Defender! Maybe I
can wear them down by the time you arrive!"
Rei: "Be careful!"
King Dragonas: "I will! Galaxy Changer, Transform!"
King Dragonas transformed into the Galaxy Defender! The
Galaxy Defender vanished!
Rei: "Oh, be careful, please, King Dragonas!"
Trogg: "The Galaxy Defender found where Mega Weed and Queen Megarea
was! He attacked!"
Galaxy Defender: "Galaxy Smog!"
The dense fog hit Mega Weed and Queen Megarea!
Galaxy Defender: "I am the Galaxy Defender and I will not have you
destroying this world!"
Queen Megarea: "Oh, is that a threat?"
Galaxy Defender: "NO! I am stating a fact! Galaxy Spin!"
A mass of energy hit Mega Weed!
Mega Weed: "Feel my weed vines!"
The vines began to attack and choke The Galaxy Defender! The Galaxy
Defender tried to break free, but he couldn't break free! He was
detransformed back to King Dragonas!
Queen Megarea: "Your attacks were futile my friend!"
King Dragonas: "You will not win! They'll be here soon!"
King Dragonas was able to break free and he headed back to the
palace. A few minutes later...
King Dragonas: "How is she?"
Rei: "She's awake again! She was waiting for you. Well any word on
the new monster?"
King Dragonas: "Well, I couldn't make a scratch on them. I suggest in
getting these new powers operating!"
Neo Queen CosmicStar: "Right. Let's go outside where the monster is.
Let's go!"
All 13 Crystal Sailors plus King Dragonas and Neo Queen CosmicStar
went out to where the monster was!
Neo Queen CosmicStar: "Here we are! Are you ready?"
Rei: "Ready!"
Ami: "Ready!"
Minako: "Ready!"
Makoto: "Ready!"
Hotaru: "Ready!"
Haruka: "Ready!"
Michiru: "Ready!"

Neo Queen CosmicStar: "Good! You're prepared! Now... Royal Shining
Crystals which are known as the Mega Crystals! Please endow my
soldiers with new powers! Further more! I will bless
their new powers!"
The Queen blessed all 16 crystals and then commanded the crystals!
Neo Queen CosmicStar: "Now Royal Shining Mega Crystals, fly to a
worthy user!"
The 13 of the 16 went to a Crystal Sailor! As soon as the thirteen
Crystal Sailors touched the Crystals they were instantly transformed!
They were wearing outfits similar to ninja jumpsuits! The suits said
'Mega Crystal Sailors' on the front and the name of the Mega Crystal
Sailor and the civilian name right underneath of their Mega Crystal
name! Each Mega Crystal Sailor had A Mega Henshin Install Stick in
their hands! The Queen went to each soldier and kissed each one!
Neo Queen CosmicStar: "Mega Mars, Rei! You always been loyal and
dedicated! You are the Fire within all the soldiers! Let your fire
of strength lights the way!"
Then she went to Ami!
Neo Queen CosmicStar: "Mega Mercury, Ami! You are the intelligent
one! You think of methods of fighting before they're used! I trust
your judgment! May your knowledge be use to you and everyone from
this day on!"
Then she went to Makoto!
Neo Queen CosmicStar: "Mega Jupiter, Makoto! You always were
concerned with my well being and health and safety! I thank you
for your concern! You quick temper towards the monsters will be
their downfall! Always be concerned for me and the world! Okay?"
Makoto: "Yes, your majesty!"
Makoto bows to her queen. The Queen moves to Minako!
Neo Queen CosmicStar: "Mega Venus, Minako! You have been the special
one and the less spoken! Remember your thoughts of new attacks will
always be welcome! You try to dedicate yourself to save your friends!
Keep up the good work!"
The queen moved to Hotaru!
Neo Queen CosmicStar: "Mega Saturn, Hotaru! The Sacrificing Soldier!
You always tried to protect your Queen by ending your own life.
Always try to protect me without dying okay?"
Hotaru: "Yes."
The Queen moved to Haruka and Michiru!
Neo Queen CosmicStar: "Mega Uranus, Haruka and Mega Neptune, Michiru!
You two are never apart! Haruka, you speak your mind and are
dedicated to defeat the evil! Michiru! Your love of the water and
nature of this planet, your love for the planet. Your love for
this planet, you'll defend it with your life! You two keep

The Queen moved to Setsuna.
Neo Queen CosmicStar: "Mega Pluto, Setsuna! You guard time and your
Queen! I like your dedication! Always remember to guard time and
the Palace!"
And the queen moves to the Galaxy Crystal Sailors which are
now Mega Crystal Sailors!
Neo Queen CosmicStar: "Mega Comet, Cerise! Mega DragonStar,
Mordolphe! Mega Nebula, Sierra! Mega Nova, Nova! Mega Stardust,
Lhasa! You five are the latest to join my cause! if your thoughts
are on your friend and leader, Princess Mitzi which has the power
of the Phoenix, remember she has been reborn we take care of and
one day her powers will revive once more! Please remember she's
with you in spirit! Now it's time to serve our world and protect
it! READY?"
Mega Crystal Sailors: "YES!"
Neo Queen CosmicStar: "Now say... Mega Henshin! Insuto-ru!"
Mega Henshin! Insuto-ru means Mega Transformation! Install! Each of
the Sailors Crystals prepared to transform! They each said it

About 25 Soldiers of ice arose from the ground!

An Ice Soldier crumbled and was destroyed!
Mega Stardust: "Mega Saber Strike!"
An Ice Soldier crumbled and was destroyed!
CosmicStar Sailor Moon: "Let's finish this! Cosmic Lights Activate!"
CosmicStar Sailor Moon transformed into Cosmic Lights Sailor Moon!"
Cosmic Lights Sailor Moon: "Everyone ready? Say this phrase:

The Mega Crystal Sailors nodded!

The rest of the Ice Soldiers and Mega Weed were all cut in
half and exploded!
