This was test four. Celestial Moone has now gone too far to quit
or turn back now. She began receiving the Powers of time itself.
Both Dark and Light versions of Time. It seemed forever for the
powers to find some way of absorbing inside the spirit of
Celestial Moone, but Celestial Moone finally achieved in
receiving the Powers of Time! The last tester, The Universal
Spirit spoke next.
Universal Spirit: "Congratulations! The forth test is complete!
Here is the last test! The receiving the Powers of the Universe!
If you absorb this power, you can travel to other planets, but
there will always be weaknesses that you'll experience from this,
plus others can go with you. You may take only fourteen others
with you. Total are fifteen. Also you can gain the Cosmic
Powers of the Universe! Now commence Shalikar of the
Universe!"
Celestial Moone: "Oh boy!"

"Victorious! The Birth Of The Elemental Soldier:
Elemental Sailor Moon!"

*** Episode Two Hundred And Ten ***
The fifth power began. It was the most difficult of all! For a
while it proved to be a worthy adversary to Celestial Moone. She
didn't know how to take this power in, because it was different
than the other four. So after twenty minutes of struggling she
finally overcame the power and absorbed it! The Elemental King
smiled with sheer pleasure of the result. This spirit full of life
and strength would not give up over a struggle no matter how
difficult it looked! He spoke to her."
Elemental King: "Congratulations! You beat test five! You have
all five powers! But the real test is can you overcome the power
overload that your spiritual body had received. Let's wait a few
moments to find out!"
So they waited a few minutes as the five powers of the Shalikar
mingled together to form a light pink energy which seemed to
reflect the spirit of happiness which Celestial Moone had
within her. The Powers had settled down to its new home.
The Elemental King spoke up."
Elemental King: "Celestial Moone! You won the Shalikar! The power
overload has gone away with the united powers ready to be used!
Now return to your body to restore the most sacred items you
cherish, so they will become anew!"
Celestial Moone vanished from the Elemental Council's sight
and returned to the room with the Queen.
Rei: "Hey! Look! Celestial Moone has returned! Look at her!
She glows!"
Makoto: "Yeah!"
Celestial Moone returned to the body of the Queen and the
CosmicStar Crystal and the CosmicStar Medallion were both
restored. The Cosmic Lights started glowing and teleported
itself and the Queen and the CosmicStar Crystal and the
CosmicStar Medallion outside! The force field blocking the
others in the room were lifted. Everyone was outside. The items,
the Cosmic Lights, and the Queen were now outside. The Queen laid
on the ground. She was alive now, but in a deep sleep. The Mystical
Girl Avatar teleported to where the Queen was. The Mystical Girl
Avatar appeared floating in the air. The CosmicStar Medallion
floated under the CosmicStar Crystal and in a flash the two
became the Elemental Urn, the basic transforming item for the Queen.
The Elemental Urn opened up and received the Mystical Girl Avatar!
Then The Elemental Urn closed up and floated over where the Queen
was sleeping. The Elemental Urn still closed up, glowed and caused
the Queen's clothes to vanish. In its place was a sparkling light
which covered the Queen and lifted her up in the air and stood her
upright and the Elemental Urn opened up and started glowing up.
Then the Elemental Urn began to spin the Queen very fast and then
a bright flash erupted that everyone else except the Elemental
Council had closed their eyes. The bright flash turned into a
large sphere which was about twenty-five feet all away around. The
light became transparent and they could see the Queen as the
Elemental Soldier. She landed safely on the ground and the
Elemental Urn came to her right hand and turned into the Elemental
Staff in one bright flash. The transformation was complete.
The Elemental King spoke.
Elemental King: "CosmicStar, the new Elemental Soldier,
I command thee to awaken!"
Slowly, CosmicStar had to obey the command. She awakened slowly
to find she was dressed in a Sailor Fuku just like the last one,
but this one was totally different with a vast array of colors.
Everyone was in awe. CosmicStar tried to speak, but she couldn't.
Elemental King: "CosmicStar! You may have a lot of questions
about your new powers. All though it's against the rules for
you the Elemental Soldier to speak, I will allow you to speak.
So speak."
CosmicStar could now speak. So she did.
Elemental Soldier: "What happened to me and why am I wearing
this weird outfit?"
Elemental King: "Your spirit went through the Shalikar and
overcame it, so you got new powers and you became the Elemental
Soldier. Now to make these new powers to work, you must give
yourself a name to activate your new powers. So now tell us what
you wished to be called from here on out."
Elemental Soldier: "Let's see. Since it is a Sailor Moon form of
sorts, but with unusual powers, I'll call my new form Elemental
Sailor Moon! That's what I want."
Elemental King: "So be it. You have our blessing."
The Elemental King snapped his fingers and a bright light
flashed over the Elemental Soldier and she assumed the
Identity of Elemental Sailor Moon! The Elemental King spoke.
Elemental King: "If you have questions please state them to me.
So speak."
Then suddenly three monsters: Mega Mimicor, Mega Slumberdroid,
and Mega Plantling tried to attack Elemental Sailor Moon, but
the pink transparent force field protecting Elemental Sailor
Moon only deflected them backwards sending them to the ground
knocking them unconscious! Elemental Sailor Moon spoke.
Elemental Sailor Moon: "Why can't I normally speak in
this form?"
Elemental King: "The reason you can't speak while transformed
is that your new powers is so strong, your powers work on your
thoughts to create powers against the monsters. Thinking the
wrong thing will cause havoc! Also you may use others to speak
your thoughts if they allow you to use them as a chosen vessel
to speak your wishes. This is so important, It will take you
up to two minutes after you retransformed for you to speak, so
others and you must be patient!"
Elemental Sailor Moon: "What's this pink transparent bubble
all around me and what is its purpose?"
Elemental King: "That is a protective force field. It's my gift
to you. How it works is that evil beings may not enter nor touch
the purity of the soldier within the bubble, but anyone good may
enter it and join you. But anyone that was once evil may not
enter it either. But if someone that was forced into joins evil
forces may enter, to be only tested first. Any other question."
Elemental Sailor Moon: "Can I call on the Cosmic Lights or
Metal Falcon Bird to aid me?"
Elemental King: "Do not rush to use the allies that you have merged
with in the past. Let your new powers settle first and you to get
used to using your powers before transforming further. I will say
this. There are other stronger forms of the Elemental Soldier,
everything will be revealed in time. Anything you would like
to ask before we forbid you to speak again?"
Elemental Sailor Moon: "Can I use my mind to talk to my friends?"
Elemental King: "Right now, you can't. We currently block it.
But you can use others from your own time to use to communicate
your wishes, but if you travel in time and try to talk to someone
else there, it may not be possible. Because their minds are
primitive. So remember that. Anything else?"
Elemental Sailor Moon: "No, but if questions arise later, can
I call on you for you to answer them for me?"
Elemental King: "Yes, we will be hear you and appear and let
you speak and you can ask us any more questions then."
Elemental Sailor Moon: "Okay. I have no more questions."
Elemental King: "Good. Now you must eliminate those three
monsters. It's your duty. You are now forbidden to speak.
Carry out your mission."
Elemental Sailor Moon nodded in response and turned towards
the monsters. The three monsters had gotten up ready to charge
her, but she waved her staff at them and fireballs hit the
three monsters. They cried in pain. Next she caused a pulsar
beam to hit the three monsters. Finally she began to run towards
the monsters. She was running so fast she was only like a streak
of light. She split into three beams of light and went through
the monsters and then returned in front of them. The monsters
fell down and exploded!"
Rei: "Yes! She beat them."
Hikaru: "I knew she could do it."
Makoto: "Let's go to her."
The others went to Elemental Sailor Moon.
Rei: "Hey, you were great!"
Elemental Sailor Moon nodded her head in response and then
detransformed. For two minutes they waited for Neo Queen
CosmicStar to speak again. Finally the transformation faded
and the Elemental Staff returned to the Elemental Urn and
then became small enough as a round medallion compact to fit
in a pocket.
Neo Queen CosmicStar: "That was intense!"
Rei: "What was it like?"
Neo Queen CosmicStar: "Like a surge of endless energy."
Makoto: "Well it's a new beginning!"
Minako: "Yeah."
Haruka: "Ditto."
King Dragonas recovered and met the others.
King Dragonas: "I agree. Let's go home."
