Gaia disappeared with Neo Queen CosmicStar and reappeared in the
chamber of the Elemental King.

Elemental King: "The Earth will soon be bombarded with past villains
that you have fought. Queen Megarea will create those that you once
destroyed. You must stop her!"

Now they were all converged together in the palace of Neo

fighting now or have fought. Our mission is simple; destroy them
all as soon as possible. That's why you are here."
Princess Mitzi, Haruka, and Michiru come up to the Queen.
Princess Mitzi: "I Mega Phoenix, will help you all!"
Haruka: "Same here."
Michiru: "Same here."
Neo Queen CosmicStar: "Take a break this time. This mission requires
only Sailor Moons of the past and present. I'm truly sorry."

Translation: "I hereby banish you forever!"
A great explosion hit all the monsters!
Elemental Sailor Moon: "My turn!"
Elemental fired her Elemental Staff! Queen Megarea was injured!
Queen Megarea: "Now I am tired of all of you! Monsters combine!
Form Luminous; the great demon!"
All the past villains combined together and formed Luminous!
Queen Megarea: "Now receive my Mega Potion!"
Luminous: "Thanks!"
Luminous drunk the Mega Potion, Luminous grew even more!

by side and then they came together and formed Falcon Elemental
