Chptr#3 Surprize?

Narrator: Our heroes met up with Samurai,a long ago friend while traveling and invited them to stay in his cabin for a bit.Along the way,they see a Caterpie. Remembering his own, Ash misses it and worries his friends. Hiding his sadness,Ash smiles at his friends and they move on. Feeling sorry for their friend,Ash’s friends try and find Butterfree.

That night, in Samurai’s cabin.........

Brock:whispering: Misty, hey Misty. Wake up!

Misty:waking up:: Huh? Uh..wha..? What’s going on Brock?

Samurai:Shhhh!! You’ll wake them up!!

Misty looks over at Ash and Pikachu sleeping.

Misty:thinking:He’s so cute when he sleeps....except when he sucks his thumb like a 2yr old....::sighs::

Brock:Let’s go outside where we can talk better,and not wake them.

Outside...

Brock: Okayyyy....how are we supposed to get Butterfree back here?!

Misty: Uh...I think I might have an idea. I gotten a note from Butterfree.

Brock: Hey Misty! When did you get a note from Butterfree!!?

Samurai: Yeah!

Misty: About yesterday...

The two boys fall over.

Misty:sweatdrop:...but I didn’t really wanna tell anybody.

Samurai:Okay! Enough of the denying junk! What’s it say, Misty?

Misty:pulls it out and has sweatdrop:I don’t actually know.It’s all in uh..um..“Butterfree” language...

All have sweatdrops.

Brock:Okayy..then.Hey! If the letter’s in Pokémon language, how’d ya know it was from Ash’s Butterfree!?

Misty:takes out envelope:Because it said “from Butterfree”. Are you blind!?
Throws the envelope at Brock and reads it.

Brock:Uh.. okay...
Gives it back to Misty.

Samurai:Okay then.::thinks hard::Hey! We can get Pikachu to read it! We all can understand him, can’t we?

Brock:Hey! That’s a great idea! Why didn’t I think of that?!

Misty/Samurai:Cuz probably you have rocks for brains, Brock.

Brock:a bit mad:Hey! That’s an insult! Well, it’s a bit true since all my pokémon are all rock type.

Samurai and Misty sigh with a little cloud.

They all tip-toed in quietly trying not to wake Ash. Brock goes over to Pikachu.

Brock:whispers:Hey,Pikachu.
He shakes Pikachu gently,trying to wake him up.

Brock:Pikachu!
He shakes him a bit harder.*you all know what’s gonna happen now!*

Pikachu didn’t like this one bit. He was dreaming he was being kidnapped by Team Rocket and Ash and everyone didn’t do anything to try and save him.When Team Rocket caught him, he thundershocked them, but he was really shocking Brock.

Pikachu: CHHHUUUUU!!!!

Brock:AAAHHHHHH!!
He fell to the ground charred and electrified.
Misty ran over to him and covered his mouth so he’d stopped yelling.

Misty:in a low whisper:Brock,shut up! You’ll wake him up!
She looked over at Ash.

Misty:thinking:Please don’t wake up, Ash! I really wanna do this for you!

Ash just turned on his left side and sighed.

Everyone breathed a sigh of relief.

Misty uncovered Brock’s mouth so he could talk.

Brock::getting up in a whisper:: Boy, that was close.

Samari: Too close I’d say.

Pikachu: Pi-ka Pika!? (What ya want?! Can’t a Pikachu get some sleep
around here?!?)

Misty:Shhh! Keep..it..down!! Don’t wake Ash!

Pikachu: Piii kaaa! (Ok, ok! Sheesh!)

Samari: If he wakes up and finds out what’s goin’ on, it’ll spoil the surprise!

Pikachu: Pika....? (What surprise?)

Misty: Pikachu...::takes out letter:: This is a letter from Ash’s Butterfree. Please translate it for us so I... I mean... we can help Ash! Will you help? Do it for Ash!

Pikachu: Kaa....Pika! Pika-chu! Pika-pi!( Okay! Anything for Ash and his friends!!)

Everyone: Great!

Misty hands Pikachu the letter.

Pikachu: Pika Pikachu! ( Ok, here’s what he said )

Everyone had their attention to Pikachu.

Pikachu: Pikachu Pika-pi, Pika Pikachu! ( Dear Ash and friends,) Pikachu Pika- Pi! Pi!( I hope you’re glad to hear from me. It’s been a long time!) Pikachu Pika pika! Pi-ka!(Everything’s been great! The beaches are nice! The air’s fresh and clean! And I now have 2 little Caterpies! 1 girl, 1 boy. I thought it would be nice so I named them Ash and Misty!)

Misty: Oh! How nice of Butterfree! That’s so sweet!

Everyone stares at her.

Brock::waving his hand in front of her face:: Misty... you ok?

Misty: Uh yeah! I just thought it was so nice of Butterfree to do that! You know.... how they go together well!

Realizing what she said, she quickly changed her words around.

Misty: Well what I mean is that Butterfree has uh... good...taste...in...names...yeah!

Everyone fell down at her answer.

Samari::sighs:: Go ahead Pikachu! Keep reading!

Pikachu: Pika Pika kachu(But there’s only bad news....) Pika Pi-

Pikachu stopped reading.

Misty: What’s wrong Pikachu?

Pikachu holds down the letter after reading it to himself.

Pikachu::sadly:: Pi...ka Pikachu...(I really don’t know how to say this guys..)

Misty grabs Pikachu.

Misty::yelling:: What is it?! You better tell me or you never see tomorrow!!

Pikachu really liked Misty and knew Ash had a crush on her because he overheard him talking in his sleep. So he really didn’t want to shock her.

Brock: Misty! Shh! Don’t wake him up! C’mon settle down!!
He tried to loosen her grip on Pikachu.
Once succeeded,Brock restrained her while Sam held her mouth closed.

Misty::muffled:: C’mon guys! Let me go!
She tried to get out of their grasp but they were stronger.

Samari:Misty! Cut this out! You’re a teenager so act like it! Besides let Pikachu finish the letter!

Misty stopped wiggling around and looked over at Ash as well as the others did. Luckily, he did not wake up.

Brock::loud whisper:: Probably next time that happeneds he’ll wake up! Don’t let that happen and Misty-chill out!

They all turn to Pikachu to let him finish.

Samari: What’s the bad news Pikachu?

Pika kachu!(Well, it says here.) Pikachu Pika! Pika Pi-ka! Chu! (We were attacked by Team Rocket a few times but they weren’t the same people that attacked me when I was with you guys.)

They all looked at each other confused then back to Pikachu.

Pikachu: Pika Pika Pik. Pika chu chu!(They did still have a red “R” but in black not white uniform.) Pika pika chu!(And they claimed their names were Butch and Cassidy!)

Brock and Misty looked at each other.

Together: Butch and Cassidy?!?!?!

Samari was thinking about who they were.

Samari::turning to them:: Hmm? You know them?

Misty: Yeah. We were attacked by them at least twice! Worse than Jessy and James, also more annoying....

Pikachu::continuing: Pika- Pikachu! Pika! cha!(BUT! Because of all the loving care,training and happiness you all gave me,especially you Ash, I battled off their Raticate and sent them flying in midair,as usual!)

Misty: Alright,Butterfree!

Everyone: SHHH!

Misty covered her mouth.

Pikachu::continued:: Pika chu chu pi pi ka pi chu!(Well, I hope we meet again. Write to the address and mail me back! Oh, maybe I’ll come for a visit if you’d let me!-Butterfree & Family.)

When Pikachu looked up from the letter, he saw everyone had their eyes on Brock.

Brock::sobbing:: That was so beautiful!::sniff sniff:: Pikachu please read it again!

Misty:Here! I’ll give you something to cry about!
She whacked him with her mallet.

Brock was left on the ground, dizzy with a BIG bump on his head.

Misty: There!
