Want to know just what our sponsor does? It's very simple. All you have to do is remain in the room with us during the entire meeting. You are not requried to watch the tapes with us, meaning, if you want to grade papers or do something else, that's fine, just remember you must be in the room with us. If you do not wish to use your room for the meetings, but want to sponsor GAC, then PLEASE find another room for us to use.
We do not meet on holidays or when there's no school. If for some reason you can not make it to a meeting, it's ok. We're not going to bite your head off for it. We understand that you might not be able to make it to all the meetings, but PLEASE do not make it a habit and
PLEASE tell us. We currently meet on Fridays but if necessary we can meet on Mondays. We're sorry but no other days during the week are acceptable due to our ROTC and Band members. Please understand.
