Chito, Chet, Peter, Caiphas, RR... these are  few  of  the 
    alter egos thrown at Cesar, the  guy  who  greets  everyone 
    with a ready smile inside and outside the campus.  A typical 
    stude who enjoys cracking jokes and talking to  friends,  he 
    has a certain aura which projects  his  simple,  friendly,  and 
    most of all, magnetic personality.  A class  whiz  who  never 
    fails to cheer up  a  friend,  he  is  always  equipped  with  a 
    bagful of jokes.
