You Think You Know, But You Have No Idea!^-^THIS IS THE DIARY OF KAREN CHANG!!
^_^ Hi Hi ^-^ ......Thanks for visiting my page, even though I havent really been updating for a while now. After graduating from Maryland, College Park, in May 2001, I have been basically concentrating on work and applying to law or graduate school. I went to Shanghai, China on May 9, 2002. I have to say it was quite a learning experience. Even though I have traveled to many places like Europe, Taiwan, and Singapore; this trip defiantly topped all of the above. I havent gone to China since I was a little girl. I still have cousins and relatives residing there. Everyone was especially nice and everything was extremely cheap. I would recommend a trip to China to everyone. After coming back to the states, I have stopped spending on my shopping addiction. I have learned to appreciate a lot more of the things and people around me. In China, so many people are really poor and live very sad lives. Anyhow, I just felt like sharing a few of my thoughts with whoever wanted to listen. ~Thanks and God Bless.
September, 30 2002 @work again...
On August 30, 2002-I went to VIP with my sister, my co-worker Ifang, her friends, Tammy, Lee, Kris, Young, etc....and my friends July, Susie, Mike, kathy, ELaine, and Joon. I dont usually go clubbing, so I had alot of fun. The fact that it was free for ladies was a plus too. Thanks y'all for coming out for me.
August 29, 2002-OCA-YP happy hour at Savinos on Dupont Circle. I used to work right there when working at Akin and Gump. This was fun except for the fact we got a ticket for parking on the street. Next time valet parking only for moi.
September 6,2002- I finally got my new celly...I was anticipating on getting a phone for the longest time. Thanks to AT&T Josh...I think that was his name?...I got such a sweet deal. Awesome, I am happy.
September 7, 2002-Dinner at Options with July, Ricky, Mike, JOsephine, Julia, Nelson, Hyejooon, Kathy, Elaine, Joon, Charles, and Mike....later we watched Triple X, check out pics under friends.
September 19, 2002-Happy birthday Mom.
September 20, 2002-Happy birthday Rachel, sorry i couldnt make it to your party.
September 21, 2002-Went home to Nj....
Sept. 21, 2002-Big birthday party for my mommy and My little cousin, Mandy~
September 22, 2002-Ate lots and lots of moon cake and drove really fast back to Virginia, even though right before leaving my mom said "dont drive too fast." I always hate going home b/c I hate the leaving my mom part, she always has this really sad look on her face like she is about to cry. I love my mom so much, she is the best. and I guess I love my daddy too...hehe~*sniff sniff*
September 26, 2002-OCA-YP and APALSA happy hour at CLub Daedalus. It was nice to see my Da ge, ED and his friends again. Yes yes, Jimmy it was nice seeing you, however, I dont want to see Rich ever again, he is a bad drunk.
September 27, 2002-Dinner at Dave and Busters with the Original crew and later watched my Big Fat Greek wedding...that movie was mad hilarious. hahaha~
September 28, 2002-Lunch at that Duck place and dinner at Cafe Asia....Yummy!!!
September 29, 2002-Happy birthday Mandy!Watched the transporter at home with mah crew and played a wicked game of Mahjang, then dinner at Hope Key....I wanted Lobster, but none for me. *boo hoo*
September 30,2002-today...@work...updating my entries.
