History and Profile:
The world Naruto Uzumaki lives in is a distant future that occurs after a large scale apocalypse. During the battle with Sasuke Uchiha at the Valley of the End, Setsuna prevents the killing blow using the magic of the Silver Millennium and transports Naruto to the Time Gates. Before she does, however, she leaves behind Naruto’s destroyed jacket and his forehead protector, causing everyone to believe that he has gone missing, has possibly been kidnapped, or is possibly dead. When Naruto regains consciousness, he demands answers from the woman. It is then that she reveals herself as his mother, much to his surprise. Confused, upset, and angry, he demands to know where she has been all his life. Setsuna then tells him about the Silver Millennium and its downfall, and how afterwards she managed to find her way to his timeline with her power. She decides to seek something that will aid the rise of the Silver Millennium once again, and ends up in Konoha as a lore master. Eventually, she meets and falls in love with Arashi Uzuki, who eventually became the Yondaime Hokage. The two wed and eventually Naruto was born. However, Kyuubi no Kitsune attacked Konoha the day he was born. With Setsuna’s help, Arashi managed to seal the demon into Naruto. In doing so, Arashi died and Setsuna was shunted back to the Time Gates via a fail-safe mechanism she put in place. Drained of her magic, Setsuna could only sit at the Time Gates and watch as her son grew up an outcast, crying as he was hated for nothing. For twelve and a half years, she bided her time as her magic slowly rebuilt, continually watching her son and sharing in his suffering and his successes from afar. Then, on that day, when she saw him near death, she used what power she managed to build up to save his life and bring him to her. Once she is done, she apologizes for the burden she and her husband put on him, and again apologizes for not being there for him when she was needed the most. Needless to say, Naruto forgives her, and thus reunite as mother and son.

and Naruto agree that it would be in the best interest of his world that he disappeared
for a while. That being decided upon,

Eventually Naruto falls in love with the daughter of the clan head, and the two marry. Upon the birth of their daughter, he discovers that Kyuubi transfers over to the new-born child. Upon investigation, he and his mother find that the seal works differently that originally thought. The seal will still take the Kyuubi to the afterlife with his host should the host die. However, if the host reproduces, the Kyuubi would transfer to the first-born child. He would leave a residual of power in the previous host that would not be the same level that he had when he originally had the fox inside him, but would still make the former-vessel extremely powerful. This residual power would be transferred to any other offspring that the person would have.
Naruto’s daughter Sakura- named after his former crush- grows up, learns the way of the ninja and how to harness Kyuubi’s power, and eventually marries Juan Esteban Powell, a half-Cuban man that is a Paratrooper in the United States Air Force. Together, they have three children, the oldest being James Jacob Powell.
James Jacob Powell is a polite, laid back individual, almost to the point where he could be considered lazy. However, whenever it comes down to it, he always gets whatever task needs to be taken care of done and does it at fairly high quality. He’s usually quiet until someone brings up a subject he’s interested in, at which he can talk for hours. He’s rather shy around girls, most likely due to the ridicule many gave him about the six whisker marks on his face when he was a child- which he now hides using a simple genjutsu. He’s easy to get along with, is usually slow to anger, and has a hard time seeing faults in others. He is very intelligent, excelling in the sciences, and hopes to become a physician one day. Like the rest in his family, he can excel in anything he puts his mind to. However, he can also be rather temperamental at times, and has a temper that is rather explosive when one manages to get him to lose it. He also can be a know-it-all at times, can be sarcastic when he wants to be, and is stubborn as a mule, not knowing when to let go and give up. He is also very conscious about what others think of him, and tends to dwell on things that he can’t control. Jacob knows his faults, and tries very hard to control them. He is fiercely protective of his friends and family
Jacob is learning the way of the ninja from his grandfather and mother. He has mastered several jutsus, the use of the kodachi and Oniwaban-Ryuu style taijutsu, as he is a descendent of the Shinamori clan that headed up the Oniwabanshuu (Rurouni Kenshin reference). He excels at the aforementioned styles of kenjutsu and taijutsu, is very good at ninjutsu, and is decent at genjutsu. He is the current vessel for Kyuubi no Kitsune, and can summon up to three tails of his power at this point in his life.

Katon: Kitsune Jigoku Endan no Jutsu (Fox Hellfire Blast ?)- creates an extremely hot blue fire that takes the form of a giant fox head that is exhaled. When used with Kyuubi’s chakra, the fire becomes dark red and is five times as hot as its blue counterpart. Its heat also increases by a factor of five when more power is used through each tail, culminating in a purplish-black flame at the ninth tail that is so hot that not even ash is left.
Doton: Ishiryuuken no Jutsu (Stone Dragon Fist) –creates a dragon made of stone or stone-like materials.
Katon: Homuraduma no Jutsu (Burning Soul) – creates fire around the users fist that can be thrown with explosive power. Can also be channeled through a weapon. In that form, it is most effective with anything that is the size of a kodachi or larger.
Raikiri – The incomplete version of the Chidori. With the lack of the Sharingan, the technique is less effective and precise. Learns it after the return to Narutos original timeline
Doton: Yomi Numa no Jutsu (
Mokuton: Morikabe no Jutsu (Forest Wall) – creates a near impenetrable wall of thick foliage in front of the user.
Fuuton: Kuuki Tate no Jutsu (Air Shield) – Condenses the air molecules in a particular direction from the user and creates an impenetrable shield. The user’s hands must be thrust in the direction that the attack to throw up the shield. All fingers must be aligned with the tips of the index fingers, middle fingers, and thumbs touching.
Fuuton: Kuhaku Tsurugi no Jutsu (Vacuum Sword) – creates a moving air blade that trails from the forearm when thrust forward. This technique is performed with half seals for one arm and full seals for both.

Notes for History
1. Jacob likes a good harmless prank every once in a while, with his younger siblings and his friends being the butt of the jokes often.
2. Like Naruto, Jacob, his siblings, and his mother are all ramen fiends. The can pack it away like no tomorrow, and never get sick of it. They do enjoy other foods, but ramen is by far their favorite. Interestingly enough, their connection with Kyuubi and their active lifestyle allow them to eat it without worrying about the adverse health effects.
3. Jacob always has an iPod and his Nintendo DS with him.
4. Jacob knows of his relation to Setsuna, and calls her “Auntie” for two reasons. One is that it doesn’t arouse suspicion in others. The other is that Setsuna absolutely HATES being called “hibaachan”.
5. Jacob’s father knows all about the weirdness in the family, and it doesn’t faze him a bit.
6. Jacob’s favorite anime is Full Metal Alchemist, and his favorite manga series is .hack//Legend of the Twilight.
7. Naruto’s relation to Arashi, and ultimately the Uzuki family, was kept a closely guarded secret by the Sandaime Hokage. Besides the Sandaime, only Jiraiya and knew his origin, and is knowledge which he has passed on to Tsunade. Teuchi, the owner of the Ichiraku Ramen Stand, suspected a connection. Arashi was a regular at his stand, and the resemblance between the two did not go unnoticed by the ramen maker. Teuchi had his suspicions confirmed by the Sandaime one day, but was forbidden to say anything. None of the shinobi realizes that Naruto is the son of the Konoha’s Yellow Flash- not even Kakashi, the Yondaime’s top student. And not even Yuugao knows that she is related to the [former] Jinchuuriki.
8. The deception over Narutos heritage was to protect him from the possible enemies of his father that would try and manipulate him against Konoha. It was also to protect the Uzuki family, a non-shinobi family, from being wiped out by the paranoia that followed Kyuubi’s sealing.
9. The Uzuki family does not view Naruto as a demon, but as the hero Arashi wanted him to be seen as.
10. As heads of their clans Shikaku Nara, Inochi Yamanaka, and Tsume Inuzuka all were violently opposed to killing Naruto as a baby or exiling him. Shikaku and Inochi both have children close in age to Naruto, and surmise that if Naruto hadn’t been born, it could have easily been one of their children to bear the burden. Tsume opposed it because she was a close friend of Arashi, and believes the seal will hold. She also was the first to take care of him, and got rather attached to him before having to give him up for reasons not explained to her by the Sandaime. Their families share their sentiments.
11. The Hyuuga, Aburame, and Uchiha clans did not hate Naruto, but were overly indifferent to him and cared not to get involved in his affairs.
12. Upon the return to Naruto’s original timeline, Naruto is a man older than the Sannin, but just as powerful- if not more. (Note: possible Tsunade/Naruto pairing?)
13. Tsume, Shikaku, and Inochi all suspect Naruto is related to the Arashi, but have not tried to confirm it.
14. Jacob has Narutos insane luck when it comes to gambling. Turns out it’s a heritable trait in his family.
15. The residual left in Naruto by the Kyuubi is equivalent to six tails of power, and when he was still his vessel, he was able to access seven tails with relative ease and eight with some effort. He could access the ninth tail, but such a level of power would have killed him.
16. The residual left in Jacob’s mother is the equivalent of five tails of the Kyuubi’s power, which was her absolute limit when she was Kyuubi’s carrier. She could reach six with some effort, but could not hold it for very long.
17. Naruto is a close personal friend of Katsuhito “Yosho” Masaki. Of all the inhabitants of the Masaki household, only Yosho and Washuu know of the demon vessel heritage of the family. Yosho knows because he has been told, and Washuu because she extracted out of Jacob one day. Sasami looks up to Jacob as an older brother.
18. Jacob always has two sealed scroll with him. Said scrolls are transport scrolls. The first scroll contains his ningu (ninja equipment), which consists of kunai, shuriken, exploding tags, and more scrolls in which larger weapons, such as Fuuma Shuriken, are contained. His second scroll contains his dual kodachi set. The family heirloom set, which is passed down from his ancestor Aoshi Shinamori, is carried by his mother, and was once carried by Naruto. These scrolls must be opened and his blood wiped across the text to release.
