Chapter 4: Evil Lurks

Moon Kingdom


"Mother I was told today that an evil force lurks about."The Queen stops brushing 
her daughters hair and lays the brush on the bed.  "Well a couple weeks ago Neptuniun 
Patrols spotted an evil drone, and some Earthilings found a person with the energy 
sucked out of them."Queen Serenity had a disturbed look on her face."Go to sleep 
Serena, theres nothing that we can't handle."She leaned down and kissed Serena on 
the cheeks.Serena trusted her mother, but she still feared the worst. She felt her 
eye lids become heavy, and soon sleep had overtaken her."(yawn)Huh wheres Ms. 
Jenny?"Serena slipped out of bed into the hall of corridors."Where is everyone?"
she looked around.  No one was in sight, then she hears a squeak and slips.  
"Uhhhhhhhhhh......Serena......" It had been that of Ms. Jenny.  She had slid around 
the corner stained and drippping in crimnson blood.  As she struggled to stand 
Serena spotted a bloody wound right below her heart.  "Get out....rrrr......Serena."
Serena's eyes began to form tears of saddness and suprise.  She tried to help Ms. 
Jenny to the doctors quarters.  Through all her struggle and triumph Ms. Jenny 
collasped to the ground dead.  Serena stopped as the lifeless Ms.Jenny fell to the 
ground, her life long friend had just died before her.  Not knowing what to do or 
to  suspect she ran.  She ran down corridor from corridor. By the end of the corridors 
she came to the tea room.  Serena became queasy and broke down in sobs and sickness 
for her doom strucken servant who she had loved and had since she was young.  She 
got back up not knowing where to go.  She just kept running and running.  Half way 
through the corridors a startling thought came to mind, "Mother...." she started 
running full speed to her mothers corridor. Beads of sweat ran down her face while 
she gasped for a few short breaths
of air.  She had finally reached the corridor.  She walked in the corridor, 
everything seemed fine she turned to leave. " AHHHHHHH Serena!" she turned and 
reconized the stressed voice that sent chills up her spine.  She turned and 
relized no one was in her mothers bed.  She ran to the balcony and saw a man 
holding her mom by an odango.  Without any warning the moon princess jumped off 
the balcony.  She got a better look of  the man holding her mothers fate.  He was an 
attractive man with long silver hair to his waist,and he wore big black boots up 
to his knees.  He had magical eyes that burn through you like fire, a very evil 
fire.  He raised his sword and let it fall.............
