Fish in Foil

one trout
2 dried mushroom soak in water until soft and julienne (optional)
diced ginger - 1/2 teaspoon
diced green onion - 1 teaspoon
1/4 onion, diced
salt to taste
butter - 1 tablespoon

(9-96) Heat the butter in a pan till hot, then add all the ingredients except trout in the pan. Stir for about 30 seconds. Clean the fish. Stuff the stir fried spices in the fish belly. Wrap the fish in aluminum foil. Put it in preheated oven of 400 F, bake for 30 minutes, and serve.
