Port Thai Style


(11-96) Heat up some vegetable oil (1-2 tablespoonful). Add pork, stir fry till color changes. Add fish sauce (if not available, may substitute with soy sauce), stir fry till done. Pour away the extra juice, add chili powder. Add ginger and shallot, mix and turn off the fire. Squeeze one lime juice over the pork. Add mint leaves, mix slightly and serve.
