To-Fu in Sesame Oil
(5-96) More and more western studies showed "To-Fu" is a nutritious and healthy food. Here is a simple recipe for a delicious To-Fu dish. The best feature of this recipe is that it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare.
Material
- 1 box of To-Fu (Buy the vacuum packaged kind, made in Japan, they are sterile. Available in most supermarkets.)
- 3 tablespoonful of sesame oil
- 3 tablespoonful peanut powder
- 3 or 4 tablespoonful water
- 1 teaspoonful salt (may adjust to personal taste)
If you cannot find peanut powder, you can make your own batch by grinding the unsalted dry roasted peanut in the food processor.
Cut To-Fu into cubes, and lay them nicely in a flat dish. Mix water, peanut powder and salt in a bowl first, then add oil and stir to emulsify. Drizzle the mixture over To-Fu and serve.
