Mr. Kazuto Tamura is the caretaker of Takashi, the bratty son of Matsudaira, the head planner on the Tokyo Tower renovation project. Tamura and his brother were raised by Matsudaira, as Tamura began to spend more time looking after Takashi, his brother began to feel abandoned, and commited suicide. Because of this, Tamura is determined to help Haruhiko overcome his suicide attempts and be there whenever Haru needs help.

Akyako Okamura is Mr. Tamura's fiancee. She often goes with him to visit Haruhiko, and she looks a good deal like Mokuren.
