Lazlo and Kyaa! were the ones who that took care of Shion in his younger days, before he went to the moon. Lazlo was Shion's Vida, or guardian, and Kyaa! could negate his powers.

Lazlo loved Shion very much, and was quickly becoming a father figure to him. Shion began to open up more around them, and settled into his new life with them. Unfortunately, Shion didn't live with them for very long, before they were both killed in an accident.
