Lectured at Curtin University of Technology, School of Design, and the School of Architecture (Perth Campus), and the Computing Department (Kalgoorlie Campus), both campuses in Western Australia; and BPI/Curtin University of Technology, School of Design in Singapore. Lectured Computer-Aided Design, Computer 2D/3D Modeling & Animation at the School of Visual Arts, Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Singapore.

Married to Anna Han Lee Neo with a son named Shaun, the family currently resides in Perth, WA, Australia. Previous home is in Denver, Colorado, USA.
