Okay, since I don't have the previous one yet, I don't know what was happening but the episode opens at Kuryugumi. Azuma and Tsubaki are sitting opposite of Ryuji. Tsukasa is standing up (as usual). Looks like Tsubaki skipped school to come visit Tsukasa and Ryuji since he's wearing his school uniform.

Tsukasa: "...WHY?"

Ryuji, matter of factly: "...That's like drawing a fine like between what's advantageous and disadvantageous for both us and Garyukai.. The mister over there even said so himself." [Not the greatest translation.]

Azuma: "...It's Azuma."

Ryuji: "Even if we lure Garyukai out to a place like that we can't take all of Kuryugumi out at full force."

Tsukasa: "Well that's the same for Garyukai! And think! The source of the drug means that as long as we have the 'kagi' then we can get our hands on the counter drug. Meaning that even if Garyukai brings a whole pile of drug controlled people then we can handle them easily." She's lecturing to Ryuji.

Ryuji is sitting with his arms crossed. {H~m. I see.} "And at the same time that we get our hands on the counter drug, Garyukai will also get a fresh supply of the drug and so we'll start an arms race between the drug and the counter drug?"

The phone call is from Asago. Apparently, she's still in school 'cause she's wearing her uniform.

Ryuji's taking the phone call in a large office-like room. There are a number of kumiins at computers, as if gathering data. Ryuji is sitting in front of a large display where he can see an image of Asago.

Asago: "...Ryuji--- Are you all right...?"

Ryuji: "...N? ...Aa."

Asago: "...... ...Ryuji... ...I guess... Garyukai's going to do something..."

Ryuji: "...Probably."

Asago: "How are you going to deal with them...?"

Ryuji, sighing: "...We're still in the middle of thinking about it... If the drug didn't exist we could move in to action immediately."

Asago: "...True---... ...... ...Ryuji... If there's anything I could do let me know. I want to be of help to you..."

NO NO NO------!!" {My conclusion centres around a single thought---!} "And how can I come up with an idea that will solve the problem when Ryuji can't even do it---!!" {Dammit~~~ If we just had the counter drug then it would be no problem...!! Even tomorrow...... } "......" {...That's right... How about having the police come to Niko-Niko Tower too!!? And then we'll crush Garyukai together!} "Wow!" She raises a fist for emphasis. {It'll be the first time that the gokudo and the police worked together!!} For some reason she pictures this as... a wedding... There's an image of a newly wed couple cutting a large cake...

Tsukasa pauses for a moment. {...That was a stupid dream---... What gokudo in this world would go to the police for assistance just because they're at a disadvantage......... In that situation... Tsukasa turns around to see Azuma.

Tsukasa, shocked that she was overheard: "But that's because Garyukai's tricks were so dirty."

Azuma, smiling [kinda looks like smiley Kamo-san]: "That part of you is just like Wakasa-san ©" {She didn't like dirty people and dealt with them accordingly, and though she was beautiful when she glared, most people would...} He's reminiscing by himself.

Tsukasa: {...Ge...} She turns away. Seems she doesn't want to hear about Wakasa.

Azuma: "Tsukasa-san, your image is very different when you dress as a girl. Could it be that the reason that Wakasa-san asked the Kozukis to raise you as a boy was as a precaution?" {Even I was deceived by this (you dressing as a boy) for the longest time.}

Tsukasa, shocked: "!!! M...! Mister...!! You knew!!?"

Tsukasa's words repeat in his mind.

Azuma: {Could he still be alive...? Shiki-bocchan---...!? } [bocchan = male equivalent of ojyosan]

Scenes from 14 years ago run through his mind. Azuma wearing a blood stained shirt receiving a knife wound right under his left eye and across the top of his nose. Azuma telling the boy to keep quiet and to remain hidden in some large box/container.

Voices are heard nearby.

"...Man!"

"What exactly is Sandaime thinking!!?"

Azuma and Tsukasa: "!!"

It's the clan heads. Mooka and the one with the major receding hairline is among the group.

"Why isn't he moving yet though a fight has been picked with us!!?"

"And yet he knows that the opponent is Garyukai!"

"We should be at war with Garyukai as we speak!!"

Tsukasa turns a cold shoulder to them, changing her path to keep out of their way. {...Aa... The executives...... So they're here. Barking/howling as usual.}

"Maybe while Sandaime is saying that he can't fight the drug controlled katagi he's really just scared of a clash with Garyukai!!"

"That's just like a dog escaping with its tail between its legs!"

Tsukasa sprouts huge ears that fan out to the side, listening in. She turns angrily at that last comment. "...A loser...!?"

Text: You just said the forbidden...!! [I think]

"I don't know how much power that drug has but to be defeated by the katagi like that is living embarrassment for us (the gokudo)! Why should it matter if we end up killing the katagi!?"

"That's right!"

"If we're going to be killed by the katagi then------"

Tsukasa has had enough. "...Hey, mister." Azuma is to her right. She has her hand on her hip and does not look pleased.

Mooka turns. The rest of the clan heads stop their march.

Mooka: "!"

"...? What do you want you gaki?"

Mooka: "If a katagi like you is in our sight we'll kill you."

"Get out of here!!"

Tsukasa, smiling: "Starting now, I'll rush forward and after hitting you on the right cheek, I'll do a 3 hit combo once on each of the lower left and right ribs plus in the stomach."

The clan heads: "? ? ?"

Tsukasa: "...A... And I'll also make you fall so please be careful." She bows, still smiling.

Tsukasa, transformed: "...So... ...Here I go..."

Mooka, the target: "...!!" He starts.

Tsukasa turns, treating him with an evil glare. The clan head stops in mid-kick, frozen in place by her look.

Azuma is still staring. {---It's the same as then---------... Even that time, it felt like my heart was pierced through.} He's referring to the time when he first met Tsukasa, back at the graduation trip when she had run full force into him in her rush to chase after Tsubaki's kidnappers.

Tsukasa gets up and starts shaking her left hand as if shooing the fallen Mooka away. "...Just thought I'd let you know but the drug users won't fight weaponless like this, and their movements are much faster than mine."

Mooka, with a bruised right cheek from his position on the floor: "...!"

Tsukasa: "But, if you think that you have proof for a 100% victory against them (Garyukai) then by all means, run straight ahead---..." With that she puts her hands in her pockets and starts to stride away back to where Azuma is.

Mooka swallows again.

The rest of the clan heads are still in shock: "...... ......"

Azuma: {Everyone felt that way and feared Wakasa-san--- ...Aa---... This person is undoubtedly------}

Tsukasa suddenly breaks out into a really weird smile. [I can't explain it...]

Azuma doesn't know what to make of it. His look of admiration suddenly crumbles. {...Undoubtedly...}

She starts dancing. There are flowers in the background. She laughs. [They must be out of sight of the clan heads]

Tsukasa, singing: "I just thought of a good idea! That's right! A really good idea---"

Azuma blanches: "...... ...U... Undoubtedly..."

Tsukasa: "...We can win... This is the perfect plan for a 100% victory against Garyukai!! That's right, such a plan is just right for them. Ku ku ku ku ku ku ku ku" She laughs.

Azuma, scared to ask: "...Um... Tsukasa-san...?"

Well it looks like Niko-Niko Tower is actually an amusement park. Niko-Niko actually refers to smiling, and thus explains the large sun-shaped happy face on the huge Ferris wheel.

She has a reluctant Azuma as an assistant. She holds up a large disc shaped object. [Okay, maybe you can just think of it as the size of a very large Frisbee or of a medium sized pizza... Yes, I'm hungry as I'm translating this...] Azuma is carrying a stack of the discs.

Tsukasa: "Let me explain!! This is a land mine shaped dengekiban, used often to capture wild animals alive!!" {...But these can be useful weapons, thus explaining their presence in the Kuryugumi's basement, from which I swiped some!!} [den = electricity/lightning; geki = shock; ban = board; so think of these dengekibans as land mine shaped devices that deliver electric shocks instead.]

During the explanation, Tsukasa has transformed into a devil, with pointed ears, wings and a tail. Azuma, the reluctant assistant only has wings. Both however have badges reading evil.

Tsukasa, suddenly looking innocent clasps her hands in apology: "Even if their sensibility to pain are numbed, with the electric current running through their body they should temporarily lose consciousness......!!"

Tsukasa, taking the dengekibans from Azuma: "So... Azuma, with tears streaming down his face and an equally large lump on his forehead: "...No......" {Nothing......}

Tsukasa lets out a sigh: "... ...I don't want to be doing something like this either but to win against Garyukai without fighting against the drug controlled people that we can't use a frontal/fair attack..."

Azuma: "......" He sighs as well. "...I understand... It's not like the gokudo can ask for the police's assistance for the sake of obtaining the counter drug."

She nods: "That's right. ---Well if Gonzaemon comes by himself, then this kind of trap won't be necessary, but he's from the despicable Garyukai. And there's also thing about the kagi, so he might even come up with even more evil tactics."

Suddenly, flower petals start raining down. Tsukasa catches one of them.

Misumi is dressed in a suit and tie, with his long hair blowing in the wind. He's holding the huge bouquet of roses so that it's resting on his left shoulder.
