Aug 21, 2000 - yeah, yeah... so it is a toss up on where Mikaido Shiva is supposed to go (Hogougumi or Garyukai?). However, since he is inhabiting a Garyukai body (Misumi's) right now, I'm putting him in Garyukai for the moment.

GARYUKAI
Soryou Misumi {Shiva, Gonzaemon, ronge yaro}:	Kumicho of Garyukai, the largest syndicate in the Kansai area. Has long, dark hair, usually tied back in a ponytail. Has very cold eyes. Owns a pet panther named Kali. (Okay, the panther was a cyborg... you can only read this part in tankoubun #12.) Sends Shiki after Tsukasa, thinking she has something to do with Wakasa. Loves the dark. Very cold and cruel. Evil to the max! Has a Wakasa collection... Likes anyone that even resembles Wakasa and wishes to own the person. Competing with Ryuji for Tsukasa. Potentially there is Shiva's personality in Souryou Misumi's body...
Mikaido Shiki {Scorpion} (around 19 years old):	Slave to Misumi. The only son of Hogougumi's kumicho and omote no seisai. Was abandoned by Hogougumi's Wakasa 14 years ago. Despises Wakasa and the child she left after her death (Tsukasa) and blames her for the disbandment of Hogougumi. Wakasa trusted Azuma to keep the young Shiki safe, but seems that he's fallen into the hand of Garyukai. Hates Wakasa, claiming that she stole his father from his mother. Semi-long light coloured hair. Some people confuse him with Akira. Has been trying to escape from Misumi but has not yet succeeded. Appears to have an obligation to protect Misumi. Has a weapon in the shape of claws that can be attached to his right hand. The claws extend too and are razor sharp. Hates Tsukasa after learning that she is his half sister. Would likely have been the successor of Hogougumi had the kumi not been destroyed. I'm sorry~~~. It was just too tempting not to scan what I'd consider Scorpion's "studio portrait" with flowers all around and bright, shiny, gleaming teeth - Stephanie
Sakaki ?:	Seems to be older than Misumi. Don't know too much about him yet, just that he is a high ranking member of Garyukai, possibly an advisor to Misumi. He is the man that sent the assassin group to kill Hizakigumi (who were in jail after that incident at the Washington Garden Hotel). Sakaki is a tall, blond (?) haired guy that can pass for an older version of Ryuji. His hair is swept to the left. He has a double pierce in his right ear and a single in his left [hence the nickname I gave him, "earring dude"]. Speaks with the Osaka dialect [which is hard to translate]. Has suddenly decided that he's going to rule Garyukai but didn't get very far...
Ouguro ?:	The guy I had called bindi guy or zit face up until now. Has short dark hair swept back and a big mark just between his eyebrows which could pass for a zit or a bindi [but he does have a Japanese last name...] Wears glasses and has rather big lips. Seems to be below Sakaki when it comes to rank. Speaks with the Osaka dialect as well [dammit!!!]. Over all he's a big guy horizontally. Nothing's known about his fighting skills except for the fact that he carries a gun. Tends to looks down at people. Took over leader as Garyukai when Sakaki fell... until Misumi caught up with him.
Mikaido Shiva :	Younger brother to the kumicho of Hogougumi. Appears to be bloodthirsty and loves destruction. Was supposedly killed by Wakasa in the dispute 14 years ago but his personality may be within another man's body... Looks suspiciously like an older version of Shiki. (We haven't seen a frontal image of Shiki and Tsukasa's father yet.) BTW, Shiva is not a Japanese name... It's probably a nickname/codename.
Kali :	A cyborg panther that seems to belong to Misumi. Apparently, it's a computer that has all information related to Wakasa inside it. It's eyes flash red when it recognizes a match with the information (i.e. when it recognizes someone similar/related to Wakasa, such as Tsukasa). Seems to act like a big house cat. Protected Misumi from a bullet... it even saved the Kozuki brothers... so it isn't evil right......? Looks like a big black feline.
Rai :	One of the Ultimate Weapons. His name is either a real first name [doubt it though] or a code name. Has short light coloured hair. Has so far appeared in a business suit and dark shades. His right arm seems to me able to transform into a huge machine gun while his left arm which seems to be metallic or something is strong enough to catch bullets from a hand gun. Calls Misumi Shiva-sama and seems to respect him. Was ordered to execute Tsukasa and Ryuji, and Misumi while he was at it.
"Baldy":	The largest among the Ultimate Weapons. He doesn't have a name but I've been calling him "Baldy" for his lack of hair. Looks suspiciously like a bigger version of Hizaki Sakae. Easily towering over your average man, he also has a grossly enlarged left arm which can extend for what seems to be forever. Huge ribbon-like coils can extend and retract from each of his fingers at his will, and he tends to use them as a whip. "Baldy" also has a metallic right hand which he uses to block/catch bullets. Was defeated by the Tsukasa-Asago team but not before seriously injuring Sumon and a number of other kumiins.
Freya:	The sole female member of the Ultimate Weapons. She has looooooong straight hair which she can harden into sharp needles at her will, along with a modified left hand consisting of a pair of serrated pincers for each digit. Like "Baldy", she can extend her left hand but only from the wrist down. Dressed like an SM queen, she's the self-proclaimed battle goddess and takes pleasure in torturing good-looking men. Was defeated by Tsukasa but that was after taking her anger out on Munakata, Akira and Ryuji.
