Chibi Chibi doesn't vocalize her attacks.

Well, here's the thought when such a kawaii little girl appeared in the sky. This message was sent to me by E-mail...

(By the way, I'd like to re-iterate and stress the fact that this was the speculation at the time of her appearance. This is one of the earlier attempts to explain her existence. The actual explanations from both anime and manga are further below.)

Here's what I translated from a character card written by someone working for Nakayoshi to tease fans with, I think: Tsukino Usagi/Chibichibi: Birthdate: june 30 Age: 3 Favorite color: red Favorite food: ice cream eye-color: blue hair-color: red All of her hair is in odango so she only has two spiralling strands sticking from under the odangos and short, 3-inch tufts as side-tendrils. Her eyes are wide and blue and take up about 70% of her entire face. She's short and stubby (A toddler, what else would she be??), wears pink shoes, a white blouse and a blue skirt. And she loves to make messes. My sister speculated that she might be Seiya's and Usagi's child (We don't really know that yet, I don't think, but I doubt it) I believe that Taiki was meant to be with Ami. His character is perfect for her. who knows, Seiya might end up with Rei! And Yaten with Minako, although I think Hotaru would have been better (Hotaru ISN'T an idol-otaku , and Yaten hates fans) L8r! Wendy

I, on the other hand, believed she might be Chibiusa's and Helios' child. But, a horse! :P Okay, okay... So she marries Pegasus. :P (I don't even want to think about that. J/K! ^_^) I don't care, she's still cute.

Okay. There was some confusion in the manga. At the time when the only people who were left were Eternal Sailor Moon, Princess Fireball, and Chibi Chibi were left, Small Lady and her Asteroid Senshi came back to the past to help out. She saw Chibi Chibi and said, "My daughter?" (info from Hank Chen and Alex Hui?). That was never confirmed.

DECEMBER '97 UPDATE: From Act 49
Okay. Chibi-Moon and the Amazoness Quartet has just come to Eternal Sailormoon's, Kakyuu's (Fireball), and Sailor Chibi Chibi's rescue. They're trying to figure out where "the calling" they felt had come from. Ensuing dialogue:
Chibi Moon: So... Who in the world is it!?
Ceres: What about that small soldier? *everyone looks at Chibi Chibi*
Eternal: This child is Sailor Chibi-Chibi.
Chibi Moon: *grimaces* Sailor Chibi-Chibi?
Eternal: Yep! Even like this, she's a fine soldier. Sailor Chibi-Chibi... Say, shouldn't you put a moon after that? *Chibi Chibi confused* She came here across time and space just like you, Chibi-Usa. Isn't she your little sister? *looks amazedly at Chibi Chibi who echoes her*
Chibi Moon: *freaks out* My little sister!? *echoed by "You're WHO!?"
Ceres: Could it be the Queen's second child? Now that you mention it, you two look exactly alike.
Vesta: I heard that from generation to generation, the Millennium's queen only gives birth to one princess.
Juno: I learned that, too!
Pallas: Me, too!
Eternal: She's not my child? Then... Could she be Chibi-Usa's child?
Chibi Moon: *on the verge of having a nervous breakdown* My child?!
Eternal: But, she never says anything to us. We don't know who she is, or what she wants. But we do know that she is a fine ally of ours. She's fought together with us until here, and we've been helped by her many times.
Chibi Moon: *still reflecting* My child...? No...
Ceres: Small Lady?
Chibi Moon: She's not. I know. Could it be... Has she come here to us from a great distance? Reaching the center of the galaxy this easily... Power to match Sailor Moon's... Who in the world are you...? *Chibi Chibi hides behind Eternal*
Well, that was it, because right after that, their attention becomes focused on something else. Like, say, I giant castle, and another battle? END DECEMBER UPDATE

The confirmation came with the final battle. When (and I do mean AND. That's the way it usually goes, right?) Sailor Moon defeats Galaxia, she is left alone to fight by herself, Galaxia's boss. The head honcho.
"At that moment, a new Sailor soldier appeared. She was "Sailor Cosmo", the real identity of Chibi-chibi! She tell others she is the final form of sailor moon. She escaped from the future since she cannot defeat her enemy in her time. So she come back to the past and help sailor moon to fight Kaosu." (excerpt taken from Alex Hui's page)

UPDATE: From Act 52:
"I am Sailor Cosmos... Your princess, the same as the other soldiers, was reborn by that Lambda Power. Someday, in that flow of lights, she will arrive safely back in the 30th century. This is the Galaxy Cauldron. Where the galaxy's stars are born, and where they finally return. To engage the source of all the enemies who inhabited here, Chaos, Eternal Sailor Moon melted along with Chaos into the Cauldron's sea of origin. Not the power of Eternal Sailor Moon, but the Cauldron, and the galaxy, were able to return everyone. But in the end, they could not completely eliminate Chaos... (I'm assuming they're all dead NOW?) From an overwhelming future, where I lost the war to Sailor Chaos, I gave up everything and ran away. Repeated massacres, a long, painful war... The enemy that appeared, the strong, enormous Sailor Chaos... With the way of fighting we had used, we didn't stand a chance. Even if we defeated it, even if we returned the peace of before, the damage taken, the price we paid, would be too much. Too far-reaching. We couldn't do it. I don't know anymore, why there are wars. What is right. What should I do? When I'm lost, when I'm hurt, I remember. The war here. Back then at the Cauldron. If I had eliminated it, would the pain, would the war have ended? After regretting it so many times, I came here. To make it right this time... The me of here, too, was all alone. Always suffering. So I was always by her side, to support her.
