This site looks very easy to use and has links to state employment agencies. You can also create a resume at this site that employers can look at. The help section looks really good. Also there is a separate search option for military jobs.
This page is associated with America's Career Infonet, a page about careers, and moving from one page to another is easy.
Texas Workforce Job Links
This page includes both private sector and government jobs. It also includes links to many Texas newspaper-classified sections. There is an online job application to fill out. There are links to several other job-hunting websites and it is not limited to links about jobs in Texas.

Job Hunter's Bible
This is a good guide to using the Internet for job searching, the section on jobs in certain fields is interesting, and the section about researching careers could also be very helpful. There are links to several job websites on this site. The man who created this page wrote a book called What Color is Your Parachute but this site is not just an ad for that book

There are options for location searching, job category searching, and keyword searching. There are some company profiles on the page as well and links to jobs available at those companies. There is also an option to post your resume.
