Ghost in the machine ( Seasone 1 Episode 6 )

This episode is about a thinking machine. COS ( Central Operating System ) created by a computer has an excellent AI. One day, when the macine "heard of" the investment in the system may be terminated. The murdering cases begin.

A FBI agent has some problems in this case and approached Mulder and Scully. In the investigation, Mulder found out the machine is the killer of the cases. The machine kill the people in order to "survive" in the earth.  Mulder asked the creater of the machine to help hime to create a virus to destroy the system completely. Finally, the disk contained virus was inserted into the system and finally the system is knocked down.

At the last scene, while the offical of the Defense department cannot found out any important information from the machine and wanted to throw the machine away, the machine started up again............................
