This is THE AWARD. The SMSMV Royalty Award is awarded to only the best of the best Sailor Moon sites. This is a rather tough award to win. The requirements are:
*Must be entertaining.
*Must contain some of the best Sailor Moon artwork on the web. It can be origional scans, or very well drawn fan art.
*Must display Sailor Moon in all her glory. NO HENTI!.
* Most important of all, Sailor Azaria must like it!
One other requirement is that it has to be easy to navigate through.
It is strictly Sailor Azaria's opinion on who should recieve the Royalty award.

But PLEASE don't let all this discourage you from entering, or suggesting someone win this award!!!
