Appearance: Studly. Prefers baggy clothes. This boy definetly has looks. His nice, fair yet masculine body shows, and makes every woman (or man!) drool over him like a bishounen. But what stands out the most is his three-foot long, violet colored hair, and is usually cut short along the sides and long on the top that comes down his shoulders, usually worn tied back into a short ponytail at the back braided to the very end. It would be nice if he let it loose... Tall medium built man, Joe is around average height, standing about 5'11", give or take a few inches, handsome, with long violet-purple hair and violet eyes with red irises. His face has a light complexion which gives him a highly exotic look. The rest of his body is invisible. His style of clothing is conservative, bordering on ceremonial. Joesph is of average height, with a lean, but well muscled build and a handsome face. He wears loose clothing in faded blues and grays, with wears brown boots, gray trousers, a black tank-top, and a dark blue bolero jacket with a prominent P.S.I. Tech logo on one shoulder as well as a pair of elaborate gloves. In training, he wears a purple ghi with the sleeves removed. His character design is really nice, and Joesph often ranks high in "Best Design" polls. He's also a favorite among female fans (for various reasons). The writer thinks he's massively cool.

Smarts: Being an excellent pilot, I'm sure he's pretty smart. Mad scientist-level. Besides the fact that he's currently working on a unified field theory, this student of Rahan Akero even managed to outsmart him, and we all know what kind of intelligence that requires. Excellent at anything involving combat. Unfortunately, Walker has trained him to believe that fighting is the only manly solution to any problem, thus making him a little slow at things requiring diplomacy or rational behavior. Even with his talkative personality, I'm sure he's had his share of intelligence once in a awhile.

Cooking: He can, mostly from field experience. He's not good enough to open his own restaurant, but it is tastier than Abby's. If he can slice his enemies in half, I'm sure he can slice a carrot in half. Even though he's a pilot, he can probably can cook up a monstrous meal.

Fighting Skills: Very very good. Exceptional in combating skills. Lethal. He is virtually indestructible, and a tactical nuclear strike wouldn't even be enough to make him stop his scientific work. He's easily in the top ten martial artists in his world, and a few more years of training could make him the champ. Good at learning and modifying techniques. He fights with his warship, a modified YT-1300, and putting those two together is magic. Joe uses his lightsaber to slice his enemies in half. ^^ He is a very competent martial artist, though, having been trained by Walker Akero, and uses his sword to great effect. Joesph's sword is a very potent weapon, capable of slicing Jasson clean in half. As a master of Kyokushin karate, Joe prefers to fight close and personal. He will combine strikes to keep and opponent off balance until he can finish him off with a Dragon Punch, or, if really pressed, his Flaming Dragon Punch. Fireballs are used against opponents that are out of hand-to-hand range, while the Hurricane Kick is good against groups. According to DeDaMon royal tradition, Joe is trained as a ninja. He concentrated on the fighting skills but little on the stealth aspect. He wields a pair of short blades simultaneously, and has a small collection of shuriken to use when he feels the need.

Special Abilities: No diplomatic abilities really, but his beam sword is an energy weapon that can hit an enemy underwater, ki blasts, hot/cold ki circle, various others. He can fire energy bolts or summon an energy sword, pass through solid objects (and take things with him), fly, teleport, control minds (an incredible feat), telekinesis, and on top of that he plays the pipe organ in that special way only an arch-villain can, too. He is also trained in rare ninja magic, enabling him to launch various elemental attacks or create a cloud of dense smoke. Note that he can't actually see through his own smoke cloud; he usually uses it as cover to escape battle.

Like Walker, Joesph can manipulate ki energy. This allows bolt assorted versions of energy , conjure a gale of intense wind, or to create a beam sword. The sword appears as a beam of light and acts very much like a lightsaber, but unlike most in the series, his is like a European broadsword. His matter transmutation appears to come from the same source as his energy powers. This attack is much slower than the rest of the attacks and tends to tire him out. This is my opinion why he refuses to do this to any other character. While it seems that Joesph is much like Walker, he is much weaker than him. Joesph's powers also come from training under Renki', like Walker, though his appears to be of a lesser form of this. For example, Renki' has much more strength, cannot duplicate himself (except in shadow form) and bleeds. This is what gave Walker the edge in the fight inside the tournament. Joesph is has a much more powerful teleport than Walker. He teleported from the earth to his spaceship which was in outer space. He can fly but not with the same potential as the rest of the characters.

Joesph has a very limited amount of screen time in the UGoI, and doesn't get into that many fights. Thus, he doesn't display the wide range of chi powers that some of the other characters show. Joesph displays three types of chi blasts in the UGoI. There is his standard chi blast, which is quite effective all by itself; the Kiaiho, which is an invisible bolt of force, and the "Burning Attack". Joesph makes a complicated series of arm gestures before bringing his hands together out in front of his body. He then fires off a massive ball of energy that is more than capable of destroying a small spaceship. Apparently, he also has other attacks, including something called the "Phoenix Buster". Aside from his chi blasts, Joesph has demonstrated the standard set of powers for a Dragon Ball Z character (Swatting side chi blasts, flight, chi sense, and so on.), and he can send an astral projection of himself to the other places. With time and patience, he will learn subtler magic effects. Although he prefers to avoid combat, Joesph is prepared to fight. He carries a pair of daggers which he uses together, slashing the enemy with one in each hand.

Economics: Everything is automated. Joesph isn't really suited for any career not involving martial arts. Get him on the professional kickboxing circuit now! Warning; expect a huge food budget. Well, he works as a mechanic, so I don't think he makes a lot of money. But what can I say? Money can't buy love.
