When the winter winds come
and the bear hides away
the birds fly south
and the icicles stay

When the snow starts to fall
and the flowers disappear
Do not be sad
for Christmas is near.

When the carolers visit
and they start to sing
listen closely
for the church bells to ring.

When you open your presents
and hug those you love
remember your Lord
looking down from above.
