This program makes a duplicate copy of all the login information for a specified Agent ID.
The user specifies a new Agent ID to copy the information to.
This program is useful when the login data for an agent was entered under an incorrect Agent ID. In those cases this program copies the incorrect Agent ID into the correct Agent ID. After this is done the incorrect Agent ID can be deleted. Why can't the Agent Id be changed on the menu that is used to edit Agent ID data? Well in computer geek terms which you don.t need to understand, the Agent ID is a SQL field which is a "keyed" value. In SQL databases any data for a given record can be changed except the records "key". |
