Chapter 2:The Rose
Imperial Garden
"Tag your it now Mina!"
" I'm gonna get you Sewena!"
"Be careful guys don't get hurt!"
The servant walks in " Serena!"
Mina and Serena both stop running,"Yes Ms. Jenny?"
"Serena you know you aren't supposed to run around in your gown, go get a sun dress on!"
"I'm sorry Ms. Jenny." the servant looks down at Serena, and she suddenly perks up.
"Serena, The Princes and their father from the Earth Kingdom are coming to visit so lets
get you dressed!"
" Well I don't want to!" Serena retorted.
The servant walks up to Serena and whispers something in her ear"Were having choclate cake
for desert if you come"
Serena's eyes enlargen as she lets out a cry of happiness"YAAAAAAAAAAAH! CHOCLATE CAKE!"
Mina turns with a angry and confused look on her face,"Hey I want choclate cake too you
know Sewena!"
"I would too........if its not too wuch twouble"Amy asks while blushing.
"Well you can all have cake if you come."
Mina and Amy run off to the guest corridors to have a servant change them, while Serena
and her servant go to get Serena dressed. "I like this one, no this one, or was it
this one."Serena was rummaging through her closet for a dress while Ms. Jenny was trying
to put her hair up in the usual odangos.
" Ms. Serena please try to hold still, I'm trying to put your hair up!"Ms. Jenny picked
the last hair peice from her mouth and placed in Serena's hair."There, done!"Both serena
and her mother were almost always seen in odangos, but Serena's hair was shorter and
came down in curls.
" Errrrrrrrrr I don't have eney cwothes!"
Ms. Jenny pulled a dress from the back of the closet,"Here you go Serena"
Serena got wide-eyed "Its perfect!" It was a silky white dress with milky pearls
on the mid-drift, and puffy sleeves and gold circles alined at the top, it was completed
very nicely with the white pearls in her hair.
"The Earthlings are here, the Earthlings are here!" a servant ran down the corridors
announcing the arrival of the royality from Earth.
" Hahaha,well wasn't that nice" when the little princess got there the Queen, Amy, Mina,
and the Earthlings were already down having chit-chat amongst one another. Her mother
came over and put her hands on her duaghters shoulders"Serena this is King Sheilds and
his sons Micheal, Timothy, and Darien."Each boy was smiling big and bright but Darien
caught Serena's eye. They stared at each other for a while till a voice in the
background chimed in.
"Dinner is ready!"
The whole group walked to the entrance of the castle.
"Ahhhhh, that was a great meal"
"Say good bye Serena."
"Goodbye Sheilds."
Darien smiled and handed her something red and beautifull.Something so crimnson and
fragile, the petals felt like velvet to her touch. Darien looked at her and chimed in
"Its a rose."
