Powers are based off of: The NegaForce
Henshin Phrase: None
Powers: Including costume transformation, acrobatics, teleportation (signalled by a sharp whip-crack sound, the air around his spot divides and makes way, and he fills the space as the sound reverbs, echoes and fades. Not a sonic boom or anything, just like a regular whip.), and levitation:
Energy Drain: He extends his hand and leeches off the life force of any living thing.
Ego Buster: A psychic assault. He uses this attack to crush his target's self esteem, breaking their will to fight or resist.
Weapons/Equipment:
Noise Whistle: Looks like a silver referee's whistle. When Argocite blows it at full force, it blasts out a deafening sonic boom able to floor just about anyone.
Tainting Crop: A small horseriding whip he uses in training. When he taps his subjects with it, or something they own, it corrupts them, opening up their worst trait and twisting their main virtue. A patriotic person could become a foreigner-hating zealot, or a frugal person could become the next Ebenezer Scrooge. Left unchecked, the tainted subject could even transform into a youma.

Past History:
Back in the Silver Millenium, Argocite and Orocite left the Moon Kingdom, seduced by promises of greatness and high rank in Queen Beryl's forces. His first assignment was to check out a small Pacific island that had life force flowing all over. He discovered a Negaverse deserter who'd become a pirate and built a small village there called the Haven. After threatening to destroy the island and kill the villagers, Argocite took over.
Then he discovered that the pirate, Spirit Corsair, had abducted small unwanted children from around the world and raised them there. Argocite took over this induction and trained warriors for Queen Beryl.

Current History:
Argocite has the Haven and the Spirit Corsair by its throat. When Sailor Moon was killed, the Corsair became a completely broken man. Argocite reels in unsuspecting children, and works on their hearts and minds to turn them over to evil. He's got a collection of Negaverse warriors already, and has come to Tokyo to show them off and snatch new ones.
