Here are a few qustions I have been asked in the past. Maybe these will help you when making your character or wanting to join. Question: Do I have to make a wrting sample? Answer: Yes, this lets us know what kind of writer you are, and if you would be able to keep up with us in the game. No writing sample, no chance of joining. Question: Why is the game rated 'R'? Answer: To put it drily, we gave the game a rating of 'R' because most of the original members like blood and gore. I didn't want to restrict them, so I went ahead and gave it such a high rating. I want to make sure that everyone understands that these players can be very graphic at times and won't hold back if needed. Question: I'm not 17, can I still play? Answer: I never ask for ages. I figure that if you want to be in the game bad enough, you're going to lie about it anyway. If you feel that you can handle what we do here, then please apply. But if you don't think you can handle it, please don't. Question: Do I have to play a senshi from the series? Answer: No. You can create your own senshi, as long as it is one of the senshi available. Question: I received an email saying you got my application, but didn't tell me if I got in or not. What's going on? Answer: The second I open your email I send a message saying I got it. This is to let you the player know that we did get your app and that we are looking over it. It takes time for everyone to get together and discuss your character, but we do let you know within a week's time if you're in or if you need revisions. Question: I didn't get in, but it says I can revise my character. What did I do wrong? Answer: This could be a number of things. Normally, we send a detailed sketch of what was wrong with your character & where you can make adjustments. Sometimes the problem is that you didn't know something was already started in the story to keep your character from having a current background, or ablity. And sometimes it's just not 'all there' and we'd like a bit more detail. Question: Why don't you post results for the application on the internet like other games? Answer: Cause I'm lazy. ^_^ No, seriously. I feel that one-on-one interaction with the GM and a new player is very important. Plus, I know that it can hurt if you spend tons of time on a character and have it trashed for everyone to see. Another reason is I get profiles in waves, and sometimes there are just too many to be updating the page everytime I get one. So the final answer to this quesiton is...I'm lazy. Question: Hey, why can't I be a created villian? I have my background and profile all set. Answer: (J.Kitsune) It's like this: If you head over to the Applications page, there are plenty of Sailormoon Villians (with the exception of the Dark Kingdom) to choose from. And like the senshi, they don't have to be exactly like their anime/manga counterparts. Make FishEye a over-weight blading blue-haired man with a beer gut, or a two-headed Palla-Palla... well, maybe not QUITE that extreme, but you get it. Question: Can I be the child of another player? Say a Chibi-PeaceKeeper? Answer: (J.Kitsune) If you did that, I would smite you. ^^;; Um, you would have a difficult time, but I'm sure you could swing it somehow. Of course, your character has to be approved by everyone, and you have to get permission from the one/two character(s) who are going to be your 'parents'. Please, don't apply as Rini/Chibi-Usa, because it just will not happen. And no mini-Venus copies or anything. Like in applying for a senshi, be original. Question: I have a Senshi/Knight who already has a counter-part. Do I have to be romantically entangled with him/her?
Answer: (J.Kitsune)No. You can have a panty-stealing, hard-lemonade drinking Knight who runs around after all the Senshi screaming, "DATO DATO DATO!!!" Or vice versa! ^-^ *ahem*
