Strengths: Lucas's strenghts lay in his thinking ablities more so than his physical skills. While he can fence to an average degree, he would rather sit back and examine the situation before jumping head first into a fight. He is also able to speak in five different languages. No need for a translation dictionary anymore! He is also very loyal to the Senshi he protects and will fight at anything to keep her from harm. He's very determined in his missions in life.
Weaknesses: Lucas is the vision of a true gentleman. In this case it can be concidered a weakness, for he refuses to engage in any fights with a female oppent. Also as this trait seems to swoon some ladies, it tends to detest others that are all for women's lib. Other weaknesses Lucas has inculds his stuborness. Also he has a very bad habit of putting his life in danger before allowing a fellow Senshi to get hurt in any way.
Goals: Eventaully, Lucas hopes that his charge will be able to coup with her own life and he will be free of having to take care of her so he can presue his own dreams of becoming an English teacher.
Fears: He will never be allowed to fullfil his own dream. He will never find his soul mate, wherever she might be.

Personality: Lucas is a man of thought. He is very quiet, but not shy. He does speak his mind after he has thought of the right words to say and makes sure that he is not offending in anyway to those around him. He tries to keep an air of sophistation around him and treats all with respect they deserve, until he is shown otherwise. Lucas is also known as the Perfect Gentleman around campus. He holds the door open for females and does everything he can to make the ladies feel more like ladies than what society makes them out to be today. As ThunderBolt is puts his life in front of everyone elses and tries to keep everyone else out of harms way. His style of thinking is altered slightly when the ones he is protecting are in danger. His first thought is how to get them out of danger, even if it means his own life.

Normal Appearance: Lucas has black hair that is shoulder lenght, but well kept. He's normally seen in a school uniform of black pants and black long sleeve shirt. Outside of school he wears blue jeans and a white button up shirt. He's 5'7 with medium build in the shoulders.
Senshi Appearance: Thunderbolt wears black pants with a long black sleeve shirt. He has a cloack with a hood that covers his face by shadow only. In case the hood comes off he has a bandana over his head and eyes. The cloak is attached by a pendent of a lightening bolt on the left side of his chest. At he left side is a rapier in a scaber.

Powers Based On: Thunder and Lightining
Powers
Lightening Bragade - Thunderbolt shouts this into the air and the random bolts of lightening hit the ground around him. This ability is good for a 10 foot radius.
Lightening Flash - Thunderbolt's distraction attack. Thunderbolt shouts this and points in the general direction of the enemy. For a brief second a flash of lightening heads for the enemy causing the enemy to be blinded for that brief second. It might not sound like much, but also take into account the eyes must be re-adjusted after the flash is gone.
Weapons/Equipment: Simple everyday rapier. No powers at all..well excapt that the blade is sharp and will cut you..but other than that..no powers.

History
Past
In the Silver Millennium, Lucas was a member of the Earthian court. He was appointed as Endymion's advisor because of his ability to think out a problem before speaking. He respected the Prince as not only his superior but as his friend. He also advised the prince many times to follow his heart instead of the laws of the Universe. He was viewed as reckless for this advice, but saw no point in having the prince of Earth live a miserable life because he could not be with the one he loved.
Lucas was not very strong and tended to stay more to the books than to the fighting field. The Generals of the Prince saw this as a weakness and exposed it as much as possible, creating tension between the young advisor and the older Generals. Lucas passed it off as pity jealously and let the Generals know. That only added fuel to the fire and resulted in demanding that the young advisor take up a sword for defense since he was around the Prince so often. Their request seemed reasonible to the King and Queen and they granted the request, with them as Lucas's trainers. From there the relationship between the five went down hill, but they all agreed that having the Prince see them in fights would only cause tension in the palace, so they kept the arguements to themselves.
Lucas was required to accompany the Prince to most diplomatic functions on the Moon. He found them all to be either boring or a complete waste of time, as the Moon Kingdom made no moves to make an agreement with Earth. He did notice that the Prince was slowly falling in love with the Moon Princess and kept his distance when the two were together. He attended balls with the Prince and met a young Lady of the Palace.
One faithful ball, Lucas got up enough nerve to ask the Lady for a dance. His heart fell as he noticed her with another gentleman in teh courtyar. he had waited too long and lost her to someone else. Lucas was heart broken and quickly went back to Earth without the Prince. When he returned the palace was under attack. The most shocking fact was the attack was being led by the Four Generals that swore to protect the Prince from harm.
Lucas fought as well as he could, but was no match for the Generals. After taking a fatal blow in his side, he used the remained of his strenght to get to the Moon and warn the Prince of the attack. Maybe there was hope for the Moon Kingdom and peace would be restored. Lucas never found out, though. He died only hours later from blood loss.

Current History
Lucas was reborn in America to a very loving family. His partents were both part of the Air Force and traveled the world. In his travels he made many friends, but had to leave them after only a few months. His schooling came straight from his parents. They were afraid that putting him in all the different schools would mess up his education. Every day he would have 8 hours of study time. By the time he was 10 he could speak fluent German, French and English..and could recite minor parts from Shakespear.
When Lucas was 17 his family was stationed in Japan. After a few months there were still there...and after a year his parents were given Honorable Discharges and decided to stay in Japan. They moved to Tokyo where his mother became a nurse at a local hosptial and his father a heavy equpiment tech. at the Air Force base as a civilian. And Lucas had to start attending normal school.
Which brings us to present day. Lucas is now 18 and is enrolled at Juban High school. He made some really close friends on the base and formed an American Rock Band with them. Lucas played drums and did a little singing with them, but not much. Alex was the lead singer and guitar player, while Derrik was the keyboard/bass player. Surprisingly enough they actually got gigs in Tokyo and earned a bit of pocket money from them. It was all in fun.
Lucas discovered he was a knight at a gig one night in Tokyo. Though he had contact with the other senshi, he didn't know how to let them know who he was and that he was a knight. After a while of being at the same place as attacks a few senshi confronted him in daylight as Lucas about his association with the Dark Kingdom. Finally the air was cleared about that minor detail in life.
Battles wore heavy on Lucas's heart, but not on his will to fight. He fought as bravely as possible, and in some cases very stupidly as well. His greatest mistake was during the battle with Chronos. While he was on the moon in the past, he used his knowledge of the future to get him out of situations. Unfortunatly for him, te knowledge of the future revealed himself as a Knight to the General of the Dark Kingdom Nephrite. The General used this knowledge to make Lucas a target for a number of future attacks, hoping that he would be around other senshi when the attacks happened.
After the senshi lost all their powers, Lucas continued to fight as though he had them. He never lost hope that the senshi could still win, even though they were powerless now. He continued to protect the senshi. He thought that if he could keep them alive, even at the risk of his own life, then one day they would get their powers returned and they would be victorious. the toughest battles he faced were against the Benefactor. Nothing he did could get him even remotly close to the Benefactor to take him down.
Lucas is currently dating Elizabeth and has learned 1) not to piss her off. 2) Theres more to her that what there seems.
