Personality: He has a very diginfied presence about him. He gets along well with his students and coleges at the school, bt seems to always be fighting with the other Generals and Queen Beryl. He can't understand why. HE tends to hold himself up as a Gentleman, but that side of him fades when he fights the Sailor Senshi.

Normal Appearance: Sanjouin has long brown hair. He is very masculine and very handsome. While working he wears a gym uniform, like all other other students, to let them know that on the field he is their equal. When out of classes, he wears a tan business suit. His smile has been known to melt hearts all over town.
Villian Appearance: Nephrite wears a General's uniform with a dark green sash running down the side of his pants. He keeps his appearence very neat, even right after a battle. he carries a sword at his side

Powers:
Normal villian powers include teleportation, levitation, and telepathy. His teleportation is signalled by a flash of amber light as he leaves and as he appears. He can also ask the stars for guidence, though they don't always give the correct answer, it can include seeing the future, and picking the next target to drain energy from.
*Star Gazer Blast*: Nephrite shouts this and stars of dark energy fly towards the target, hiting verison places in the general area. Normally 5-6 stars shoot out at a time.
Youma Creation: Nephrite can create three youma a day. These youmas can be used to gather energy, steal something, or keep the senshi busy while he does the dirty work.
Weapons/Equipment:
Star Light Crystal: Nephrite uses this crystal to gather energy, and find certain magic items left over from the Silver Millennium.
Star Light Sword: This sword only has one special power. It creates a light strong enough to blind anyone within 15 feet. The sword is also a combat sword.

Past History:
Nephrite was General to Prince Endymion during the Silver Millennium. He worked hard to please the prince and followed every command to the tee. One day, while the Prince was visiting the Princess of the Moon, he ran into a young girl. She was very beautiful and had a bright smile on her face. her name was Makoto. He fell in love with her instantly, and she returned his love. After a few months, he gave her an engagement ring, the first of the Generals to become engaged. That night, the Earthian palace was attacked. Nephlyte, withthe other Generals, Jadiete, Zoisite and Kunzite raced back to the Earthian palace to fight off the invaders. The prince stayed on the Moon, where the Generals knew he was safe. The Generals never returned from that battle.
A few months later, Queen Beryl attacked the Moon Kingdom, with the Earthian Generals leading the attack force. Nephrite hunted down Makoto and killed her in cold blood, not remembering their love for each other.
Nephrite was sent back to Earth with the Moon Kingdom court, in hopes that he would remember his good side, instead of his evil, find Makoto and restart their love for each other again. This was not to happen. Queen Beryl found the Generals before they awoke and made sure they were still loyal to her.

Current History:
Under Queen Beryl's orders, Nephrite has taken on the name Sanjouin and started teaching Gym at a local high school. It was thought that he could get alot of energy from the young men and women as they exercised. Only time will tell...only time will tell.

while working he has fought many of the senshi and has surprisingly found allies in his fellow kings, Kunzite and Zoisite. The three have become closer than imaginable, but Nephrite is still causious about their motives.
