RPG: "Free Pizza"
Players:Guardian, Nephrite, Michiru and Misa Karasuma

It was saturday afternoon. Misa was on her way back from shopping. *I hope I didn't miss anything... with that little money I had, I couldn't choose much. Oh well...*
Her pace was slow. She was tired. She was always tired. *Last night those demons went way too far... it looks as if they are growing stronger. But where do they get the energy? I don't give them a sprinkle of mine. Maybe it's me becoming weaker?*
She kept on walking, patiently, while she wondered why was she so cursed. *What else can happen to me?*

The Benefactor watched Misa from his domain. She seemed down to the Benefactor. Lifting a hand he teleported Misa to his domain. "Welcome Misa," he said to her.

Even though she couldn't understand what was happening, Misa remained calm. She looked around, finding the place very strange, as well as that man. "Welcome to what?" she inquired in a soft voice.

"To my domain," said the Benefactor. He got up and looked at Misa. "I have been watching you for awhile now," he said to her with a small smile. "There is a power within you," he explained to her.

"A power within me?" she said in a curious tone, but never showing any sign of uneasiness. She still found the place she was in extremely weird but strangely, she could feel no bad vibrations. "Would you please be more specific?"

"A power within you. A power that a few more people have that can save the world from the forces of evil," he said and lifted his hand and a transformation device appeared above his hand and floated over to Misa. "You have a tool now to help you. All you do is have to find the power within."

Misa outstretched her arm, trying to grab the strange device floating in the air. But suddenly, she took her arm away. "Wait! Why should I pick that object? What will happen if I do it? All this is very, very strange, and I hope you have a good explanation for all this."

The Benefactor only smiled and nodded his head. "You have a right to an explanation. The object in front of you is not yet set because you have not placed it in your hand or opened your heart to the power that you have inside of you. Once you open your heart you will understand all," he explained.

"Open my heart?" Misa repeated astonished. "But... how? And... why? Please tell what do you need me for, and why did you choose ME. Why not another girl? What is so special in me? I need some answers before picking that object... I hope you understand. Tell me why should I trust you."

"You were choicen because you hold a special gift in your heart," said the Benefactor. "The power from within can only be tapped by you and no one else. That is way I choice you. You and a select few have this power," he said. "Now close your eyes, clear your mind and open your heart and you will find what I am talking about."

Misa closed her eyes, barely realising about it. Those words, his words... they sounded so much like like her old sensei's! She could almost feel his presence. *The power... is in my heart... the power you tried so much to reveal, sensei! Can it be this the moment you were waiting for years? Will this power manifest at last? I'll try it. I will do it for you, sensei!*
She semi-opened her eyes, protecting them from the light the floating object emanated. Extending an arm, her fingers tightened around the warm and hard object. Misa felt an inmense power run through her body like electricity. Her whole body glowed, and a white and orange fuku appeared where her former clothes were, together with some accesories.
"I can feel it," she whispered, "It is the power of the Earth."

"Good. Thats it," he said to her and smiled. "Now find the words in your heart to active the power within," said the Benefactor as he watched her.

"Force..." a soft breeze started to blow in the place. "Of the four elements..." the breeze turned into a wild wind. Misa placed her arms so they formed a cross with her body. *I can feel it... all of them, the air, the water, the earth and the fire... they are inside of me, they are a part of me... and they itch to emerge.*

Slowly, her arms moved and she joined her hands in a praying position. "UNITE!" She felt a powerful explosion, and an big amount of power leaving her body. She fell to the floor, almost completely drained. "What was that?" she whispered, raising her eyes to meet the Benefactor's. "What happened?"

The power within your heart has been released," she said to her and smiled. "Now you can join the others with the same power and the same mission. To protect the Earth from the Dark Kingdom. Now go Misa and join the others," he said and lifted his hand. Beginning the teleportation process.

The sun was setting. Tokyo was envolved in a mysterious and uneasy atmosphere. Or at least, that’s what Misa was feeling. She was on her way back homeafter a hard day’s work. She was new in the town, andsince her arrival she had encountered some strangebeings attacking the city. Though she had got used toit, it was still hard for her to accept the fact thatshe was a strange girl with powers.. The monsters, thestrange transformation, new powers... why were theythere? What was the purpose of it? She needed to know.Suddenly, turning the corner, she met a monster again.*It’s the same monster! Or is it another one? Oh, theyall look so similar! When I think I defeat one, moreand more appear!* She hid in a nearby alley andwhispered "Crystal Creation power, make up!" Earth, water, wind and fire came from different directions, surrounding her, till they formed an orange beam oflight, which covered her from head to toe. Slowly, thelight disappeared, revealing a senshi in a white and orange fuku, the Senshi of Creation. She hurried to the battlefield, but to her surprise, she was highly outnumbered by the enemy! She shook herhead in disbelief. *Why SO many this time?* "Nature Spell!" she yelled. She aimed her hand at onemonster, and her whole body glowed with an orangelight, which later concentrated in her hand. She threwa beam at the enemy, with a quick movement, but themonster didn’t seem to have been hurt much. But now,it knew she was there. The monster attacked her, andso did all the others. Misa was thrown away, and shelanded hard on the floor, unconscious.

"You make me laugh!" shouted Jurei-Jureibounding over andcreatinga bacll with her feet. Bouncing it twice, shepower-kicked it into onemonster's face. She held up her wrist and shouted,"Michiru! Nasty ugly youmas here and..." she quickly glanced over hershoulder andwhistled."An unknown senshi in a sailor costume is lying abouton the ground. I think we got a newbie here. I'm in the south-easternpart of thecity." One monster growled and took a swipe at Jurei-Jurei, who merely spunher lance and 'golfed' his back a few steps.

Michiru put away her romance novel and sighed. "I'll be there in a few minutes." she said, walking towards the door. *More and more senshi are popping up now that the crystals are almost found. Will this ever end* she thought as she headed for the roof-tops.

"Thanks!" shouted Jurei-Jurei, dodging and leap-frogging over the four that remained.
"Geez, calm down and stop to smell the roses, wouldja?!" exclaimed the jester, creating a large plastic rose and seltzer bottle from her staff and spraying it in a line. "*Y'all need to cool off!*"

It only made them angrier, as one leapt at Jurei-Jurei and tackled her, knocking the bottle-and-flower contraption away. They landed hard on a grass and twig covered piece of the curb, and Jurei-Jurei groaned under its weight. "My tailbone!..." she whimpered, trying to push the ugly thing off. The other three gathered around the other unconscious sailor, and Jurei-Jurei began trying to rouse her. "Hey! HEY!" she shouted, keeping the youma's filthy paws off her face. "Wake up! Arise! All that good morning stuff! YOU'RE GONNA BE A TARGET!!"

Sailor Creation's head was spinning. She suddenly opened her eyes and saw a woman, a senshi apparently, in a very weird fuku. *Oh my! The monsters! I had forgot... I... what happened to me? I fainted?*
She stood up with some difficulty and put her head between her hands. The mere effort of standing up made her feel extremely tired, and she was panting. *Whoever this girl is, she is helping me... I should do something. I hope I can control my energy this time.* She straightened her back and narrowed her eyes at the group of monsters, whispering in a mellow voice, "Force of the four elements, UNITE!" She placed her arms forming a cross with her body, receiving the force of the four elements of the Earth. She slowly moved her arms till she joined her hands in a praying position in front of her chest. A blinding light emerged from it, tracing the group of youmas. They were hit hard, and they collapsed on the ground apparently unconscious.
Sailor Creation exhaled and fell on her knees, placing her hands on the ground not to collapse as well.

Jurei-Jurei whistled appreciatively, as she brought her communicator to her mouth. "Uh.... cancel... I think... hold on a second..." She clapped it shut and pulled the other girl to her feet. "Okay, queen of Vane, on your feet," she joked. "We need to get you some place to rest. I know a great pizza joint," she continued, putting the new senshi's arm over her neck, "but if I have to drag you there, you have to help me waitress. Deal?"

"Deal," Sailor Creation replied with a shy smile. "But I would really appreaciate it if you could--AHHH!" She arched her body in pain, gritting her teeth. "I-It's n-nothing. It's just that my muscles ache after the battle. Oh, I crave for that pizza you are offering! You invite I guess," she joked.

Peacekeeper dropped down from above. "Someone offer pizza?" she asked. "Sorry I'm late, but good thing you guys got rid of it without me! At least we're starting to work together. Only took us what...a YEAR!" she said with a laugh.

"Hai, hai -- oh crap!!" exclaimed Sailor Jurei-Jurei, pulling out a pocket watch the size of her face. "I'm late, I'm late, for a very important date!... well, getting my liscense re-newed. PK-chan, here," she said, making a coupon appear out of thin air. "This will get you and whats-her-face a free small cheese oko' at Tudo's. I'll catch you later!" And with that she sprinted away, leaving a puff of smoke in her wake.

Peacekeeper took the coupon and watched Jurei vanish. "You mean she has a license and isn't just driving without?" she asked astonished. She then turned to the newbie. "I'm Sailor Peacekeeper, and you are?"

"I'm Sailor Creation," she answered while watching Jurei leave. "what do you say if we go for that pizza and have a little talk?" she added with a smile.

Peacekeeper nodded slowly and headed for the pizza place. She made sure to take the back alleys and not detransform. She fell into that trick from the Dark Kingdom once and she wanted to make sure that it never happened again. "When did you become a senshi?" she asked.

Creation followed her, breathing the fresh night air. "Oh, not long ago really. I am quite a begginer. This strange man, someone called The Benefactor, saying I have a power within me. I don't know... I can't stand a blow in battle, so how great can that power be? I'm still a little confused."

When they arrived at the entrance of the pizza palace, Creation looked at Peacekeeper curiously. "Are we going to enter... hmmm... cressed like this? Maybe we can just get the pizza and eat at a park. You tell me."

Peacekeeper shook her head. "No, we really can't be seen in public like this. The news reporters and tabloids are bad around here. I just want to make sure you are a real senshi before I de-transform in front of you. Sorry, but things haven't been that safe around her lately." she explained.

"I understand," Creation answered. "Well... if there's anything I can do to prove that I am a real senshi. I know you and the rest because the benefactor told me about you. So, is there?"

Peacekeeper pulled out a crystal from inside her fuku. "Yeah. hold this." she said. The crystals, from what they had been told, would react negativly to the Dark Energy of a youma or General. And at the moment this was all she had to keep herself safe.

Creation smiled. "I understand. Oh God! There are so many things I need to learn! You look like a rather experienced senshi... I bet you could teach me a lot of things. Why don't you tell me a little about your senshi life? When did it start? How?" she said, playing with the crystal in her hands.

Peacekeeper smiled slightly and de-transformed. "Let's talk over pizza, or pasta, or whatever you want." she said. "My name is Michiru, Senior at Jubban High." she said. She brushed a few strands of hair off her shoulders to reveal all her piercings, well at least the ones on her face.

Misa detransformed after Michiru. "My name is Misa. I'm a travel agent. I never went to college, but I am interested. I guess you can help me there as well, right? Well, let's go eat something, I'm so terribly hungry!"
She lead Michiru into the pizza palace and got a big salami pizza with the coupons Jurei had given her. Once sitting at a table, Misa couldn't stop looking at Michiru's pierced ears. *Why would someone self-mutilate herself?* she thought, but didn't dare speak.

Michiru shook her head at the stares from her companion. "You should see the other's, but they aren't allowed out in public places." she said with a laugh. "We can talk freely here. Its one of the few places we can all meet as Senshi and not worry about prying ears." she explained. "So, where to start? What would you like to know?" she asked.

Quickly taking her eyes off Michiru's ears, Misa said,"I suppose you were ummm... "invited" to be a senshi by the Benefactor as well. Tell me... is it worth it? Would you leave it all and return to your old life? I don't have much experience with this... and I am so confused!"

Michiru smiled. "What..leave all the midnight fights, hounded by the media, nightmares and broken nails." she said, her face suddenly dropping from happy to serious. "In a heartbeat. If I was given a chance to do it all over again I would have never allowed to Benefactor to do this to me. The heartache and pain is not worth it. Soon you will start to remember a life long ago. And a tragic story of our Princess and Prince. And then you will understand fully what I'm talking about. I wish this had never came to be." She said, sitting back and relaxing. "But, there's nothing we can do about it. The Princess is gone, the Prince...gods know where he is. It all rests on our shoulders, until we can find a way to get the Dark Kingdom off our backs. That is the only way I can see us going back to being normal." she said sipping her water. "Sorry if I was too forward."

Old memories tried to stir in Misa's mind, but it was still too soon for her to remember perhaps. She took Michiru's hand in hers, and gave her a tender look. "I understand. And I also guess there's no way out of this."
Her eyes lowered in sorrow, "It's nothing we can control. It's just destiny guiding us. Then... it wasn't just by chance that The Benefactor chose me. I guess I had been chosen long ago. I still remember how much I resisted this awakening."
Gazing up at Michiru one more time, she asked, "How do you endure it?"

"I just take it day by day. I wait for the enemy to strike and then I go out and get my ass spread all across Tokyo because I have a pointless attack. I'm just decoy for the other senshi to take out the enemy. I wish I was stronger, and I wish I could kill tjose losers from the Dark Kingdom. I can only hope that someday soon someone with enough power....besides the Guardian, will come along and wipe them out." she said.

Ureshii brought over the pizza and set it down. "here you go. Enjoy!" she said and walked off.

"Welcome to the club, then. I know how it feels, I am not very strong myslef, not physically. And I feel there's a huge power within me, an inmense power many crave for. A power the Benefactor and my old sensei told me about. But I can't let it out, not yet! If I could learn how to use it... I could lose my life trying... but maybe it is worth trying. I wish I could put an end to evil... one day we will, I hope," Misa said looking at Michiru with confused and sad eyes.

Then she took her hand in hers once again and smiled. "We have to believe in ourselves. We are here for a reason, it's our destiny, and fighting evil is our task. Maybe now we have to put some things aside, but in the future it will be worth it. Together, we are going to win this war."

She lent back on her chair. "Now what if we eat this pizza? My stomach grumbles," she added giggling.
