Personality: Setsuna is a quite person, she is very shy, so she does not make friends very easily. She keeps to herself, and she lives alone without contact with very many people. She wishes for friends, and for someone to love her. She also wants some to ease her loneliness, she also wishes to become a great fashion designer. She is a very smart person, who enjoys learning, with these talents she is quite good in any situation.

Normal Appearance: Setsuna has deep red, purplish eyes. She has waist length, dark green hair, which is tied with one bun on top, and the rest hanging down. She has a very dark skin complexion, so she looks very tanned, and she is very tall and very thin. She usually wears very stylish clothes that are usually very dark colors.
Senshi Appearance: Sailor Time Light wears a super sailor senshi outfit. Her front bow and back bow is dark blue with a light blue in the middle. The collar and skirt are also a light blue color. Her Tiara stone is light blue, her choker is dark blue with a small yellow star in the middle, her boots are dark blue, and she wears small white earrings.

Powers:
Light Protect: With the help of her light staff, she creates a shinning light barrier that protects her and anyone around her.
Light Destroy: Again with the light staff, a shinning beam of energy gathers at the top of her staff. She points it at her target and lets the energy lose.
Weapons/Equipment:
Light Staff: Looks like the Time staff, it is used with both her powers.

Past History:
Setsuna as Sailor Pluto stood at the gates of time during the silver millennium. Her job was to guard the gates of time, she could never leave her post. Her job was also to protect the outer planets from invaders. Her and the other outers were suppose to make sure invaders never got to earth. She was never ever suppose to break the taboos of time, they were to leave the gates of time, and to stop time. So when the dark kingdom came to attack, all she could was stand by and watch the destruction. She was the only senshi to not be reborn with the others. This also made her the oldest of all the senshi.

Current History:
Before sailormoon was killed in battle, sailorpluto guarded the gates of time. Then it happened time was thrown off balance, with the death of sailormoon time when hay wire. Sailorpluto trying to figure out the problem was throw out from the gates of time and landed in Toyko. She knows nothing of her past, nor the fact that she was the guardian of time. Setsuna know wandered mindlessly not knowing who she was.
Then for some reason or another a monster attacked her. In defense she called out "Time Light Power, Make-Up!". She transformed into a new senshi, Sailor Time Light! She defeated the monster with her new powers. yet she still does not know how or why she has these powers. She also does not know who she really is, or why she is here. Now Setsuna with a goal in life helps people as a senshi when they are in trouble. She lives alone in an apartment waiting when trouble rears its ugly head.
