Hobbies: Racing cars and motorcycles, fixing any kind of vehicle, running, working.
Strengths: She is an extremely hard worker and will put in any amount of time and effort necessary to get the job done. She has a great amount of strength and stamina and therefore it is not easy to take her down. She is also very good at budgeting money.
Weaknesses: Haruka has trouble accepting help from other people as well as being very loath to give up. She will continue to trudge forward even if the situation seems hopeless, which could end in disaster in a bad situation.
Goals: Haruka's main goal is to make enough money so that she can send her cousins to college and make sure her aunt is well off. She also hopes to someday own her own mechanic shop.
Fears: Haruka fears losing, in any form, which would cause her family more trouble than they already have. Her worst fear is failing her aunt, who she has taken personal responsibility for, and avoids causing her grief in any way.

Personality: Since she mostly grew up around men, she often acts like one and prefers their company. She has a stubborn streak and has no problem chasteing someone she thinks is wrong. She greatly dislikes egoism in any form and has a hard time being around people who think they are the center of the universe.
Normal Appearance: She has short blonde hair and deep blue eyes. She usually wears male clothing, which gives her a very androgynous look and often confuses people as to her gender.
Senshi Appearance: Her outfit consists of a white bodysuit with a dark blue skirt that is somewhat longer than most of the others and a sailor collar. The outfit is missing the front and back bows. Her blue boots are slightly above her ankles and are heel-less.

Crystal Powers based off of: Air/wind.
Henshin Phrase: Uranus power, Make up! -She raises her arms out and a gust of air sweeps past her momentarily hiding her from view; when she again appears she is changed. Henshin Item: Haruka uses a gold ring she keeps around her neck to transform.

Powers:
Earth Shaking: As she raises her hand above her head a yellow light shines out from her clenched fist. She then 'throws' the light down into the ground where it grows in size and charges at the enemy.
Air Cannon: This power is used for mostly defensive purposes as it doesnt do any actual damage. She holds her right hand out to her side and though concentrating she pulls together some of the surrounding air into a ball which becomes slightly visible and takes on a considerable weight. She throws this at the enemy and if it hits it knocks them back, stunning them for a bit.
Violent Gale: Concentrating her energy, the surrounding air begins to stir and swirl around her in a circle. The extreme speed of the air causes it to become as sharp as a razor, able to cut through just about anything. Moving her arm in an arc in front of herself she sends a 'wave' of air at her enemy. This attack is quite violent and is therefore not used quite so often.
Weapons/Equipment: None.

Past History:
During the Silver Millennium Haruka was the Senshi of the planet of Uranus. She helped to ward off anything evil that threatened the Moon and its Princess, and she performed her job with great zeal. She traveled to the Moon for a time and there fell in love with Sailor Neptune. Their relationship, as well as their lives, was cut short when they were both killed in the last battle against the Negaverse.

Current History:
Haruka never knew her father and her mother died when she was only two so her aunt and uncle raised her. They were good to her but were not financially well off, and with two cousins as well as her to take care of, they constantly had money problems. Because of this she learned the value of saving as well as of family. Her uncle worked as a mechanic and she learned everything she could about cars from him. Unfortunately, he died when she was fourteen, which left her very sad, and the family with out half of its normal income. Haruka vowed that she would work and save up money in order to support her aunt and two younger cousins and began to work in the shop as soon as she was old enough.
