HIRAGANA LESSON FOUR

In this lesson you will learn the Hiragana form of the sounds TA, CHI, TSU, TE, TO, DA, DE, DO. To see the stroke order, all you need to do is hover your mouse over the graphic of the character shown on the page. To hear how to pronounce the characters, click your mouse on any picture of the character group.
TA/DA This looks like a "ta" in lower case english
CHI a "cheese" ball with a fancy toothpick
TSU This line curves and points to the southwest
TE/DE This is a racquet after a hard game of tennis
TO/DO A side view of a foot with a thorn sticking into a big toe
