Becky Farrah is an informant who is often hired by Rally to dig up information about anyone and anything. Becky is normally contacted via a special informant computer network, but sometimes pays Rally's store a visit (especially when she has a bone to pick!). Her prices aren't cheap, but her information is usually top notch.
