She is only 19 years old, but claims to be 21 in order to run her store, Gunsmith Cats, and operate as a bounty hunter in Chicago. Rally likes to think of herself as a "gun specialist" and her gun of choice is the highly regarded Czech CZ75 semi-automatic pistol. She also keeps a small 6.35mm (.25 ACP) DUO in a rig that conceals it up her sleeve, but which can be delivered into her hand in a flash, and a Grendel P10 tucked in an ankle holster. While the CZ75 is her personal favorite, Rally is an expert with just about any firearm and has been known to also carry a SIG P-210 or a Browning Hi-Power at times. Her favorite "trick" is to blow off a gun-wielding opponents trigger finger or thumb from up to 25 yards away. Rally also has a love affair with her car -- a Shelby Cobra GT 500. Of course it has a few added touches to enhance performance, and a hyper-tuned engine.
