Usagi turned to Hiai, a nervous expression fluttering
across her face.
"What if I fall?" Usagi asked. Hiai laughed.
"Usagi-chan! You are the most graceful person I
know. You never fall." Hiai smiled. "Relax! This
is your wedding day. You are supposed to enjoy
it."
"But it's nerve wracking!" Usagi wailed.
"Come on, Kaisai and Kimae are all set. Your holding
up your wedding. Let's go!" Hiai linked her arm with
Usagi's and lead her to the door. "Ready?" Hiai called
through the door.
"Yup!" Minako chirped, throwing open the door. Usagi
stepped through, and the ceremony was underway.
~~~
"That was so beautiful!" Minako exclaimed, tear eyed.
She and Makoto had balled through the entire ceremony.
"Thank you!" Usagi giggled. "Are you sure you don't
mind watching the children Yuuichirou-chan, Hino-san?"
"Not at all! There are never enough young ones around
the shrine anymore." Rei's grandfather exclaimed.
"Don't worry, I'll keep an eye on them." Rei promised.
"Write us Usagi-chan! I want postcards, and a detailed
account when you get back!" Makoto ordered. Minako
nodded emphatically in the background.
"I'm going to miss you Usagi-chan." Ami hugged her friend
tightly. "And the wedding was beautiful."
"Thanks Ami-chan. I'll call you all as soon as I get
back! We'll all get together for lunch, alright?" Usagi
promised.
"Come on, Usako. We're going to miss the plane." Mamoru
teased.
"Mamo-chan! Let me say good-bye! I'm not going to see
them for three weeks!" Usagi scolded before falling to her
knees. "Be good for Hino-san and Yuuichirou-chan,
understood?"
"Yes, Usagi-chan." Kimae promised.
"I'll miss you three!" Usagi hugged the two littlest
before standing up. "And we'll do some serious shopping
when I get back!" She promised Hiai as she hugged the
older girl.
"Okay! Have fun!" Hiai waved good-bye as Mamoru pulled
Usagi towards the limo that was going to take them to
the airport.
