Unit's weapon targeting speed (non-EMP units only). The chance of each non-EMP shot hitting its target is: ( 25% + weapon targeting speed - target's agility ). Note: stealing ships operate like normal non-EMP ships, except when the target's armor is depleted, the ship is captured instead of destroyed. Also, when stealing ships capture an equivalent number of ships (based on resources), they go poof, that is, they are destroyed.

Power of each gun or how much armor is "lost" when hit by this gun; when all armor is lost, unit is destroyed or captured (note: partially damaged armor is replenished after each tick)

Special Unit Characteristics
PDS
Planetary Defense System; these units cannot be moved
CLOAK
These ships aren't counted in jumpgate ship counts or in scans (except Military Scans), but otherwise act as normal ships
EMP
These ships "freeze" their target and prevent it from firing/capturing. EMP guns always hit a target (subject to EMP resistance--see above).
THIEF
These ships "steal" their target ships and add them to your own fleet.
POD
These ships capture resources or asteroids (based on the appropriate capture formula).
