Lt. Bob Bletcher was a veteren Seattle homicide detective and also an old buddy of Frank's from his days with the Seattle Police Department. Frank's ability to see into the minds of killers never ceased to amaze Bletch right up until the very end. At the end of season one, he was murdered in the basement of The Black's yellow house by an unknown assailant (believed to be Lucy Butler).
Bill Smitrovitch has dozens of feature film and television credits to his name including "Independence Day", The Phantom", "Life Goes On", "Without a Trace" and "The Practice". His stage performances include "The Elephant Man", and "Of Mice and Men".
