Summary: Hadji has some interesting visions in the realm of night.

Warning: Yaoi, and the oh-so-faintest taste of citrus (i.e. just a hint
of lemon, but nothing explicit)

Dream Weaver
By Pam "Spam" Sawyer

Hadji stepped into the dappled sunshine of the forest path. He
always came to these woods when he needed to just get away from it all.
Today was different, though. Today he was simply exploring.
As Hadji walked in the early afternoon sun, he noticed the faint
sound of hammering through the trees. Realizing he was still on the
Quests' private property, he followed the sound; partly because he
suspected foul play, but mostly because he was intensely curious.
In time he glimpsed a thin plume of smoke through the thinning
woods, and he soon came upon the little cottage in a clearing from whence
the sound came. The door was open, so Hadji poked his head in. There
was Race, hammering a piece of metal over an anvil in front of a small
blacksmith's forge. He was dressed only in tight brown leather pants,
the sweat glistening on his near-perfect body. He looked up, and spotted
Hadji in the doorway.
"Well, it looks like you've stumbled onto my little hideaway,
Hadji. I can't say I'm entirely disappointed, though," he said, putting
down his hammer and wiping the sweat from his brow. "In fact, I'd been
hoping you'd find this place for some time. Why don't you come over here
and help me relax?" Race sat down on the bed in the corner and made
motions for Hadji to sit.
"You know," Race continued, "these pants get so uncomfortable in
the heat..."
	Hadji screamed.
***	***	***
	"AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"
Hadji sat up in bed, panting in fear and covered in a cold sweat.
"Hadji? What's wrong?" came a sleepy voice from beside him.
"I just had the... most.... terrible........ dream?" He looked
fearfully to his side, dreading what he might see there.
A very sleepy looking Benton Quest blinked owlishly up at him.
"What was it about?" he asked.
	"AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"
***	***	***
	"AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"
"Hadji! What's the matter?!" a worried, but uncomfortably
familiar voice said. Hadji looked over with apprehension to see Jonny in
bed beside him.
"Nothing, Jonny," Hadji said with a sigh of relief. "It was just
a bad dream, but I'm feeling better now," he laid his head on Jonny's
shoulder, "much, much better."
Hadji smiled as he drifted off to sleep...
***	***	***
... and woke up. He looked around his room to find that he was
quite alone. That's when he realized it had _all_ been a dream, even the
part about Jonny.
	"NNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!"
