It's easy - you look at the picture, you type in a caption, you hit send. Then I put it up on the page if it makes me smile, bust a gut, or have some other weird emotional reaction involving exploding body parts. I reserve the right to edit for spelling; I'm nitpicky like that. I'll (try to) put up a new picture each month.
