SYNOPSIS

Filmed completely on location in England, The Adventures of Robin Hood brought the famous swashbuckler to American television.

Robin and his Merry Men made their home in Sherwood Forest. Their efforts to rob from the rich and give to the poor were frowned upon by Prince John and the Sheriff of Nottingham. Robin's true love, Maid Marian, was a member of Prince John's court who provided Robin with useful information, which helped him frustrate the efforts of the sheriff to capture him.

CBS aired reruns of this series on Saturday mornings from October 1958 to September 1959.
