SYNOPSIS

Drs. Tony Newman and Doug Phillips were two young scientists working on a top-secret government project deep below the Arizona desert. Their mission was to build a "time tunnel", that lead to the past and future. Unfortunately, they were forced to dive into the tunnel before it was fully tested, and found themselves lost in history, with the ability to move from one point in time to another, but unable to get back to their beginning origin - the present.

While their associates, Drs. MacGregor and Swain worked feverishly to free them from their plight, Tony and Doug found themselves in one famous historical event after another, always knowing what was about to happen in advance, but unable to change it.

First, they were deposited on the deck of the Titanic just before it sank. Then, it was in and out of great events from a futuristic space flight to Mars to the siege of Troy (500 B.C.). They tried to save Marie Antoinette from the dreaded guillotine and President Lincoln from his assassination. They opposed Cortez and watched the Battle of Jericho as the walls came tumbling down. They even chased one villain clear from one million B.C. to one million A.D.
