La Bolocco

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month here in the USA, we continue our salute to Latin American beauty queens with this picture of "La Bolocco," Miss Universe 1987, Chile's Cecilia Bolocco.

Cecilia is one of Beauty School's absolute favorite Miss Universe titleholders, and we think we've probably showcased her more that any other titleholder in our Picture of the Week feature. For us, she is la divina diva latinoamericana!

Recent reports from Latin American newspapers and magazines say that Cecilia and Carlos Menem, former president of Argentina, are a couple. There are even rumors of upcoming nuptials.
